Japanese government has been aiming to give a serious blow to Korean economy since it started sudden export restrictions on key materials of semiconductors, which refer to the key export industry of Korea, in July 4th 2019. Japan displayed historical patterns to make a surprise night attack with no declaration of war when fighting a war against foreign countries (aggressive war). When it comes to regulating exports this time, Japan launched an economic war in the same way and this reveals Japanese culture to move according to a manual. On the other hand, Korea has been showing repetitive behaviors to respond to national disasters by uniting into one. Even though Korea went through so many invasions from foreign powers, the people combined and resisted together not to be absorbed into foreign powers and now in 2019, Korea is the world’s 11st largest economy that exports many products as an independent state. The current economic war between Korea and Japan shows that social and cultural behavioral patterns of the two countries are repeated as some kinds of cultural patterns, Moreover, it is considered that the sudden export restrictions of Japan will terminate without achieving its intended goal and Korea will overcome this situation, resisting with a mature national consciousness, rather than bowing to the Japanese attack.

2019년 7월 4일 일본 정부는 한국의 핵심수출 부문인 반도체 산업의 핵심소재에 대한 기습적인 수 출규제를 시행하고, 한국경제에 심각한 타격을 주려하고 있다. 일본의 경우 외국과의 전쟁(침략전쟁)시 선전포고 없이 기습적인 야습을 감행하는 역사적인 패턴을 확인할 수 있는데, 이번 수출규제 또한 똑같은 방법으로 경제전쟁을 시작하고 있어 매뉴얼대로 움직이 는 일본의 문화를 엿볼 수 있다. 한국의 경우 국난 시 온 국민이 하나가 되어 대처하는 반복적인 행동을 보여주고 있다. 한국은 수 없이 많은 외침을 받아왔지만 국민들이 단합하여 저항해 외세에 흡수되지 않았고, 2019년 현재 자주국 으로써 세계 11위의 경제력과 많은 물건들을 수출하는 국가가 되었다. 현재 벌어지고 있는 한일 경제전쟁을 통해 양국의 사회문화적인 행동패턴들은 하나의 문화유형이 되어 반복되고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 일본의 기습적인 수출규제는 결국 소기의 목적을 달성하 지 못한 채 종료될 것으로 사료되며, 한국은 일본의 공세에 굴하지 않고 성숙한 국민의식을 통해 저항 하며 이 국면을 극복해 나갈 것이라 사료된다.
