This study provides a better understanding of the successful operation of higher education institutions in China through case studies of how China operates community-based universities, and how universities collaborate and integrate with regions and businesses. This study was conducted to obtain policy implications regarding corporate-university cooperation. Higher education in China is growing through collaboration between community-oriented universities and industry, academia, and research, leading to actual achievements of university graduates' employment, registration of intellectual property rights, and start-ups. Therefore, this study analyzed the case of convergence cooperation between Tsinghua University of Beijing, Southern Science and Technology University and Shenzhen University of Guangdong Province, and Nankai University of Tianjin City, which are the representative community-oriented universities in China. According to the analysis, based on the policies of the municipal governments, the four universities are working closely with local communities and companies to consider the demands of the community and industry, and operate the curriculum and courses reflecting this. Student employment and entrepreneurship education were also actively supported. Based on the results of this case analysis, this study suggested the direction and implications for the improvement of university education. Through this, it is expected to be used as basic data for improving and developing higher education in Korea and China.

본 연구는 중국의 지역사회 중심형 대학의 운영은 어떠하며, 대학은 지역 및 기업과 어떻게 협력 하며 서로 융합해가고 있는지에 대한 사례분석을 통해 중국의 성공적인 고등교육기관 운영에 대한 이해를 높이고, 지역-기업-대학 협력에 관한 정책적 시사점을 얻고자 실시하였다. 중국의 고등교육 은 지역사회 중심형 대학과 산업계-학계-연구계의 협업을 통해 성장하고 있으며, 대학 졸업생들의 취업, 지적 재산권 등록, 창업 등의 실제 성과로 이어지고 있기에 본 연구에서는 중국의 대표적인 지역사회 중심형 대학인 베이징시의 칭화대학, 광둥성 선전시의 선전대학과 남방과학기술대학, 그리 고 톈진시의 남개대학의 융합적 협력 사례를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 시 정부들의 정책을 바탕으로 4개 대학들은 지역과 기업이 긴밀히 협력하여 지역사회와 산업 수요를 고려하고, 이를 반영한 교육 과정 및 교과목을 운영하고 있었으며, 학생취업 및 창업교육 또한 적극적으로 지원하고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 사례분석의 결과를 토대로 대학교육의 개선 방향 및 시사점을 제시하였으 며 이를 통해 한국과 중국 고등교육정책 및 방향에 대한 이해를 높이고 개선 및 발전을 위한 기초 자료로써 사용되기를 기대한다.
