The purpose of this study is to find out the recent research status and research trend of domestic play therapy case studies. For this purpose, a total of 46 papers published in registered journals were analyzed, focusing on basics, research subjects, research contents, and measurement tools. The basics were reviewed by yearly journal classification and researcher's major field, and frequency and percentage were used to examine trends of research subjects. The main results of this study are as follows. Korean journals of child psychology and rehabilitation (21.7%) had a high share of academic journal classification and researcher majors related to play therapy in Korea. Researchers were the majors in the welfare field (36.9%) and children (76.0%). The most common type of problem was emotional problems (33.3%), and the therapeutic effects were interpersonal development (33.3%), emotional recovery (21.7%), Improvement in behavior problems (15%), sociality improvement, self-concept (10%), self-esteem improvement (8.3%).The most common treatment method was sand play treatment (39.6%).Based on these findings, we discuss the practical implications and implications of play therapy case studies. Suggestions for the development of case studies on play therapy.

본 연구는 국내 놀이치료 사례연구의 최근 연구 실태와 연구 동향을 알아보는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 1998년부터 2019년까지 등재학술지 게재된 총 46편의 게재논문을 대상으로 기본 사항, 연구대상, 연구내용, 측정도구 등에 초점을 두어 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 기본사항에서는 연 도별, 학술지 분류, 연구자 전공분야를 살펴보았으며, 연구대상 동향을 살펴보기 위해 빈도와 백분 율을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 놀이치료 관련 연도별 학술지 분류와 연구자 전공분야에서는 한국아동심리재활학회와 아동심리관련(21.7%) 학술지의 점유율이 높았고, 연 구자는 복지 분야 전공자(36.9%), 연구대상은 아동(76.0%)이 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있었다. 문 제유형은, 정서문제(33.3%)가 가장 많았으며, 치료효과는 대인관계 발달(33.3%), 정서적 회복 (21.7%), 행동문제 개선(15%), 사회성 향상, 자기개념 각각(10%), 자존감향상(8.3%)순으로 나타났다. 치료기법에서는 모래놀이치료(39.6%)기법이 가장 많이 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 놀이 치료사례연구가 지니는 실제적 의미와 시사점에 관하여 논의하고, 놀이치료사례연구의 발전을 위하여 제언하였다.
