The 4th Industrial Revolution increasingly requires the need for protection of information assets. Human ignorance has been proven to be the utmost vulnerablity in terms security. In order to protect a company's critical assets, it is necessary to establish human-centric security measures while identifying and supplementing the limitations of technical security by awakening staff consciousness. To this end, this study analyzed how the psychological factors, System 1 and System 2, work with employees in the enterprise based on the dual process theory. The results of this study have shown that both cognitive system tendencies among security-related departmental staff and general staff are stronger with System 1. Although the tendency of system 2 among security-related department employees was slightly higher than that of general staff, it was not statistically significant. Thus, the main objective of this study is to expand the scope of research on industrial security, which have so far focused solely on technical measures, while explaining the psychological security vulnerability of corporate employees in a dual process theory.

제4차 산업혁명 시대로 접어들면서, 기업에서 정보자산이 차지하는 비중뿐만 아니라 정 보자산에 대한 보호 필요성 또한 지속적으로 늘고 있다. 따라서 기업의 중요자산을 보호하 기 위해서는 기술적 보안 대책의 한계를 파악하는 한편 인간 중심의 보안 대책을 세울 필요가 있다. 인간의 심리적인 취약성은 어떠한 보안체계도 무력화할 수 있기 때문이다. 이를 위해 이중 프로세스 이론을 바탕으로 주요 요소인 시스템 1과 시스템 2가 기업 내 직원들에게 어떻게 작용하는지 분석하고자 한다. 연구 결과 보안 관련 부서 직원들과 일반 직원들 사이의 인지체계 성향은 둘 다 시스템 1이 더 강하게 나타났다. 보안 관련 부서 직원들의 시스템 2 성향이 일반 직원들의 시스템 2 성향보다는 조금 더 높게 나왔지만, 통계학적으로 유의미하지 못했다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업 직원의 심리적 보안 취약성을 이중 프로세스 이론으로 설명하면 서 지금까지 기술적 대책에만 치중했던 기업의 보안 관련 연구와 산업보안의 연구 범위를 확장하는 것이 연구의 주요 목표라고 할 수 있다.
