This paper is a cooperation plan in the field of radiocommunication related to the inter-Korean traffic (railroad, road) connection modernization project. Therefore, by reviewing the current status of the North Korean traffic (railroad and road) logistics radiocommunication system in preparation for revitalizing inter-Korean exchanges and unification, investigating and analyzing technical and radiocommunication problems and as a single nation, even after unification is realized, There is a need to study systematic construction methods. Accordingly, in addition to inducing North Korea's policy change to prepare for unification, and as a policy data for radiocommunication exchanges, the traffic communication systems between the two Koreas should be smoothly exchanged as soon as possible.

본 연구 논문은 남북 교통(철도, 도로)연결 현대화 사업 관련 전파통신 분야 협력방안으로서, 교통 전파통신 체제를 통 합하여야 진정한 통일이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 남북 교류 활성화 및 통일 대비 북측 교통(철도, 도로)물류 전파통신 시 스템의 현황을 검토하여, 기술적인 문제점과 전파통신망의 문제점을 조사·분석하고 통일이 실현된 후에도 단일 국가로서 기간 교통전파통신망으로서의 체계적인 구축방안 연구 필요가 있다. 이에 따라 통일 준비를 위한 북측의 정책 변화 유도 와 더불어 전파 통신 교류를 위한 정책 자료로 활용되어 하루라도 빨리 남북 양측의 교통통신 시스템이 원활히 교류가 되어야 한다.
