This paper, by introducing the origin and differentiation of “method acting”, the main working experience of the main representatives and the comparative study of the most characteristic teaching and training methods, lets readers arrive at the higher level in terms of understanding of “method acting”. Starting from the multiple identities of Chinese artists and members in the training workshop of the performing “method acting”, this paper makes an original thinking on the performance teaching and training of the American “method” acting. Strasberg’s theory is closer to the Chinese thinking, at least I agree with his point of view. I think he pays more attention to the actors to make himself find the real feeling, which will make him respond more quickly and truly in the real performance, a fact is beneficial to the vividness and reality of the performance. Adler has her distinct delicacy and sensitivity. She attaches great importance to the establishment of actors’ self-confidence, and believes that as long as they observe life carefully and carefully, and through repeated training, actors can be very sensitive to remember the specific feelings of every moment when everything happens.

본 연구는 방법파의 원기과 분화에 대한 소개를 통해 주요 대표 인물의 주요 경력과 가장 특징이 있 는 교수훈련 방식에 대해 비교연구를 진행하여 독자들이 ‘방법파’에 대해 명확하게 이해하도록 한다. 중 국 예술가과 ‘방법파’ 훈련 워크샵 수강생의 시각에서 미국 공연 ‘방법파’의 연기 교수에 대해 연구하고 자 한다. 스트라스버그의 이론은 중국인의 사고에 더욱 가깝다. 연기자가 자신이 진실한 느낌을 찾을 수 있도록 하는 것을 더욱 중시한다. 이것은 진정한 쇼에서 더욱 신속하고 사실적으로 반응할 수 있으며, 공 연의 생동감과 실감에 유익하다. 애들러는 특유의 섬세함과 예민함을 지녔다. 삶을 면밀히 관찰하고 반 복적인 훈련을 통해 배우들은 모든 일이 일어나는 순간순간의 구체적인 감각을 기억할 수 있다는 배우의 자신감 조성을 매우 중요하게 생각한다.
