This study analyzed the records of handball throwing, standing broad jump, 100 m run and side step, out of physical education related practical training in admission, before and after the taping attached, in order to verify the effect of applied kinesio taping on the records of practical training of physical education in admission. Subjects were 18 twenty-year-olds who attended to K University in Daegu and have experienced no taping. Records were measured before and after attaching taping to get the following results. 1) Difference in handball throwings according to before and after taping attached. Results of handball throwing showed that handball was thrown further when after than before the taping attached(p<.05). 2) Difference in standing broad jumps according to before and after taping attached. Results of standing broad jumps showed a better records when after than before the taping attached(p<.001). 3) Difference in 100 m run according to before and after taping attached. Results of 100 m run showed a better records when after than before the taping attached(p<.001).
