The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between the service quality of the elderly welfare center and the satisfaction of the elderly. And The causal relationship was empirically analyzed by using lifestyle as a control variable in the relationship between service quality and satisfaction of use of the senior welfare center. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the effect on service quality and use satisfaction of the elderly welfare center has a statistically significant positive (+) effect on use satisfaction through response attitude, individualization, and institutional trust. Second, looking at the effect of socializing on the service quality and usage satisfaction of the elderly welfare center, period trust * socialization had a positive (+) moderating effect on usage satisfaction. Third, looking at the effect of traditionalism on the service quality and satisfaction of the elderly welfare center, the attitude of response * traditionalism had a positive (+) moderating effect on the satisfaction of use. Fourth, looking at the effect of loneliness on the service quality and satisfaction of use of the elderly welfare center, response attitude * loneliness had a positive (+) moderating effect on usage satisfaction. Finally, looking at the effect of introspection on the service quality and satisfaction of use of the elderly welfare center, response attitude * introspectiveness, individualization * introspectiveness, physical attitude * introspectiveness, institutional trust * introspectiveness had no effect on usage satisfaction.

본 연구의 목적은 서울시 노인복지관 이용노인을 대상으로 서비스품질과 만족도의 관 계를 설명하고, 또한 노인복지관 서비스품질과 이용만족도의 관계에 있어 라이프스타일 을 조절변수로 활용하여 인과관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 노인복지관 서비스품질이 이용만족도에 미치는 영향은 대응성, 신 뢰성으로 이용만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 라이프스타일과 이용만족도의 관계에서는 전통적 라이프스타일이 정(+)의 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전통적 * 대응성은 노인복지관 서비스품질과 이용만족도에 유의적인 정(+)의 조 절효과가 있었다. 넷째, 부정적 * 대응성이 노인복지관 서비스품질과 이용만족도에 유의적인 정(+)의 조 절효과가 있었다. 다섯째, 내성적 * 신뢰성이 노인복지관 서비스품질과 이용만족도에 유의적인 정(+)의 조절효과가 있었다. 여섯째, 사교적 * 대응성은 노인복지관 서비스품질과 이용만족도에 유의적인 부(-)의 조절효과가 있었다.
