Financial structure of the country plays a vital role in the economy of the government. The present study compares the performance of financial sectors between the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Kazakhstan under various types of framework. The objective of this study is to analyze the position and performance of the financial structure in South Korea and Kazakhstan based on their financial characteristics.

한 나라의 금융제도는 그 나라의 경제발전에 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구는 한국과 카자스탄의 다양한 금융시스템과 그 성과를 비교하는 데 있다. 한국은 지난 반 세기 동안 세계에서 유례없는 괄목할만한 성장을 해왔다. 이러한 경제발전을 가능 하게 한 여러 요인 중 가장 큰 요인이 선진금융의 도입이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 여러 분야에 걸쳐 한국의 금융제도를 소개하고 이를 카자스탄의 금융제도와 비교 및 분석하였다. 이를 통해 상대적으로 발전된 금융제도를 도입하고 있는 한국의 금융 시스템이 그 동안 한국경제발전에 공헌한 점들을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 카자스탄의 경제발전을 위한 선진금융제도의 시사점을 제시하는 데 있다.
