The purpose of this study was to develop and validate assessment tools for diagnosing presentation ability. Preliminary diagnostic tools were constructed by assuming 'content configuration', 'expression delivery', and 'audio-visual elements' as components for the development of assessment tools, after consultation with a professor in charge of the curriculum. The analysis of factors through preliminary and main surveys confirmed that presentation capability consists of two elements: 'expression delivery' and 'audio-visual elements'. The results indicate that the 'content configuration' component shown in the literature study results are included as sub-components of 'expression delivery'. It also suggests that during the presentation-related curriculum operation, the importance of 'expression delivery' and 'audio-visual elements' needs to be increased. We also discovered that audio visual elements are as important as expressive capabilities in presentation capabilities. These findings are significant in that they suggest that changes are needed in the training and composition of future presentations.

본 연구는 프레젠테이션 능력 진단을 위한 평가도구를 개발하고 이를 타당화하는 것이다. 평가도구 개발을 위해 프레젠테이션 능력에 관한 선행연구를 분석하고 전문가 협의를 통해 ‘내용구성’, ‘표현전 달’, ‘시청각요소’를 구성요소로 가정하고 각 요소에 해당하는 문항으로 예비진단도구를 구성하였다. 사전조사와 본 조사를 통하여 요인분석을 실시한 결과 프레젠테이션 능력은 ‘표현전달’과 ‘시청각요소’ 의 2요인으로 구성됨을 확인하였다. 이 결과는 문헌연구 결과에서 나타난 ‘내용구성’요소가 ‘표현전달’ 요소의 하위로 포함되며, 발표관련 교과운영시 ‘표현전달’과 ‘시청각요소’의 비중을 높일 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 또한 프레젠테이션 능력에서 시청각요소가 표현 전달력만큼 중요한 요소라는 것을 확인하였 다. 이와 같은 결과는 향후 발표관련 교과의 교수내용과 구성에 변화가 필요하다는 점을 시사한데 의의가 있다.
