Flip learning is a class that studies in advance through online courses and discusses in the classroom. The novel creation class is time and space-constrained, so you must make clear and systematic teaching goals and methods of teaching. Flip learning is a class that studies in advance through online courses and discusses in the classroom. So, it is suitable to compensate for the problems of practical classes, which have a weak system The professor’s role has been changed to a class guide, which is characterized by helping students learn on their own. Class design is divided into three stages: Pre/In/After-Class. The process was harmoniously connected by managing pre-class, managing in-class, providing supplementary and deepening data, sharing interim results by team, and reflecting after-class management that students learn by themselves, diagnosing whether they have learned in advance, and providing dynamic classes with students. Class models were developed and applied to classes, and class objectives were achieved and class satisfaction improved. Through the use of flip-learning class examples, it can be used at the novel creation education site.

<소설창작> 수업은 소설 이론을 적용하여 단편소설을 창작하고 세미나를 통해 완성도를 높이는 교과과정이다. 창작실습과 토론수업을 원활하게 하 기 위해서는 학습자의 동기 유발과 능동적 수업 참여를 위한 체제적 수업설 계가 필요하다. 플립러닝은 학습자들 간의 참여와 소통으로 지적교류를 하면서 창의적으 로 문제를 해결해 나가는 학습자 중심의 교수방법이다. 온라인 강좌로 사전 학습을 하고 강의실에서 토론활동을 하는 수업방식은 창작실습과 토론중심 의 <소설창작> 수업에 적합하며 창의적 변형이 가능하여 적용이 용이하다. 교수자는 수업 가이드로 역할이 바뀌어 학습자들의 상호작용 및 심화학습 을 유도하는 것이 특징이다. 수업설계는 자기주도적으로 학습하는 Pre-Class, 학습자 중심의 수업 진 행, 형성평가 등이 이루어지는 In-Class, 보충자료 제공, 성찰활동 등으로 마무리되는 After-Class를 통해 연계과정이 유기적으로 순환되도록 하였다. 수업모형은 수업의 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가를 위한 구성의 틀로써 수 업 실행의 편리한 수단이 되었으며 수업목표 달성에 효과적이었다. 플립러 닝을 활용한 <소설창작> 수업설계 및 모형을 개발하여 수업에 적용함으로 써 창작교육 현장에서 이를 활용할 수 있다.
