The purpose of this study is to evaluate the teaching artist in school support system from the perspective of the school beneficiary and draw up an improvement plan. The teacher who was benefited from the teaching artist in school support system of the 2019 Seoul area school was selected as representative of the school. This study used questionnaire and distributed total 298 copies excluding the ones with unreliable response were used in the analysis. Statistics Program SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used for data processing, and this study conducted Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Descriptive Statistic, and MANOVA. The analysis results of this study are as follows. Firstly, assessment of effectiveness of the teaching artist in school support system showed a statistically significant difference by educational stages. Secondly, for assessment of satisfaction of the teaching artist in school sup-port system, showed a statistically significant difference by educational stages. Thirdly, teaching artist in school support system was being evaluated positively in most of improvement proposals, and it was being requested to be expanded In this regard, it is considered that teaching artist in school support system can be operated continuously in school at this point when educational paradigm is changing with the introduction of the 4th industrial revolution.

이 연구는 학교 수혜자 관점에서 학교예술강사 지원사업을 평가하고 개선방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하여 2019 년 서울지역의 학교예술강사 지원사업의 수혜학교 담당교원을 학교의 대표자로 선정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 조사도 구는 설문지를 사용하였으며 총 298부를 분석하였다. 자료처리는 통계 프로그램 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0을 이용 하였고, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계, 다변량분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교예술강사 지원사업의 효과성에 대한 평가는 학교급에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘 째, 학교예술강사 지원사업의 만족도에 대한 평가는 학교급에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 학교 예술강사 지원사업에 대한 수혜자들의 개선 요구도 인터뷰 결과 학교예술강사 지원사업은 긍정적으로 평가되어지고 있었으며 지속적인 사업의 확대를 요구하고 있었다. 이러한 점에서 학교예술강사 지원사업은 4차 산업혁명의 도입과 함께 교육적 패러다임이 변화되는 현시점에서도 학교 현장에서 지속적으로 운영 가능할 것으로 보여진다.
