In today 's modern society, which is complicated like society and has many incidents, when a missing person is found in a forest, a lot of Human Resource and equipment are put into the national park, and the huge cost and manpower for searching the missing person are needed. Recently, some local police have been cooperating with the private sector and have been helping to find people who are missing or who are in need by introducing drone with Camera for people who are missing. In particular, the elderly patients with dementia and children are often found dead when they miss the golden time for a certain period of time, so it is argued that the importance of introducing a drones for searching for missing persons capable of precise search using a drones is needed It is true. In this paper, functional classification of drones and police should be introduced as mission equipment when drones are selected for searching for missing persons. I would like to discuss the procedure of officially introducing missing drones as mission equipment through legal amendment. Especially, I would like to discuss how to maximize the utilization of artificial intelligence technology as the mission equipment by using the software (Deep Learning) to learn the mountain trail and the face of the missing person when installing the drones' high resolution camera. Through this paper, I hope that the police drones will be activated in the search of missing persons in the future police.

지금과 같이 사회가 복잡해지고 다양한 사건이 많이 발생하는 현대사회에서 국립공원이 나, 숲이 우거진 등산로에서 실종자가 종종 발생하면 많은 인력과 장비가 투입되어 실종자 수색을 위한 엄청난 비용과 인력이 소모되고 있는 상황이다. 근간에 지방경찰서에서 민간 의 협조를 받아 실종자 발생시 일반인 촬영용 드론을 도입해서 미비하게 실종자나 구조가 필요한 사람을 찾는데 도움을 주고 있는 상태이다. 특히 치매노인환자나 어린이의 경우 일정시간의 골든타임을 놓치면 바로 사체로 발견되는 경우가 종종발생하고 있기에 드론을 활용한 좁은 지역의 정밀수색이 가능한 실종자 수색용 드론도입의 중요성이 필요하다고 논의되고 있는 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 드론에 대한 기능적 분류와 경찰에서 드론을 실종 자 수색용 임무장비로 도입이 되어야 함에 따라 법률적 개정을 통해 공식적으로 임무장비 인 실종자 수색 드론의 도입의 절차 및 운영방법을 논하고 있다. 특히 드론의 고해상도 카메라를 장착시 인공지능 기술의 등산로 학습과 실종자의 얼굴을 Software(Deep Learning)를 활용함으로써 임무장비로 활용도를 극대화 하는 방안도 논의하였다. 이 논문 을 통해 향후 경찰에서 발생하는 실종자의 수색에 경찰드론이 활성화되기를 희망한다.
