This paper discusses the background of the writing of Zwingli's "67 articles" (1523), his reformation ideas contained in those articles, at the historic moment of the 500th anniversary of Reformed Church Reformation, that is, Zwingli's Reformation in 2019. It explains why the articles become the Declaration of Reformation. Zwingli's "67 articles" are "the first summary of his Reformed theology," the first confession of the Reformed Reformation, the declaration, the declaration of war against Papalism. These "67 articles" are similar to "Luther's 95 Theses", which opened the drama of Reformation in Germany on October 31, 1517, but contain considerable progress in the Protestant conviction: 'On the role of the Word'(entering and closing); 'About the Gospel' (1-16); 'About the pope' (17); 'About the Mass' (18-19); 'On the intercession of the saints' (20-21); 'Concerning good works' (22); 'Concerning clerical property' (23); 'Concerning the forbidding of food' (24); 'About holiday and pilgrimage' (25); 'About hoods, dress, insignia' (26); 'About monasteries and sects' (27); 'About the marriage of priests' (28-29); 'About the pledge of purity' (30); 'About the ban' (31-32); 'About illegal property' (33); 'About magistry' (34- 43); 'About prayer' (44-46); 'About offence' (47-49); 'About remittance of sin' (50-56); 'About purgatory' (57-60); 'About the priesthood' (61-63); 'About the cessation of Misusages' (64-67). However, Zwingli's "67 articles" seems to criticize not only the churches of the pope, but also churches in Korea. Zwingli not only criticized greed, but believed that Christians should do everything possible to help the poor. But can we now say that we are free from Mammon? This must be an important principle of practice that we should pay attention to when we do church work. The fact that the patriot Zwingli rose from the fear of God's judgment on the social and political conditions of his beloved motherland as a Reformer suggests many things to the Korean church today.

본 논문은 2019년 개혁교회 종교개혁 500주년 즉 츠빙글리의 종교개혁을 기념하는 역사적인 시점에 츠빙글리의『67개 조항』(1523)의 작성 배경 및 그 조항 속에 담겨 있는 그의 종교개혁 사상을 논함으로써 그 조항이 왜 종교개혁 선언서가 되는지를 밝 힌다. 츠빙글리의 『67개 조항』은 “그의 개혁 신학의 최초의 요약”이요, 개혁파 종 교개혁 사상을 드러낸 첫 신앙고백서요, 선언서요, 로마 교황주의에 대한 선전포고문 이요, 교황주의자들과의 전투를 위한 일종의 출정가(出征歌)이다. 이『67개 조항』은 1517년 10월 31일 독일에서 종교 개혁이라는 드라마를 개봉한『 루터의 95 개 논제』와 유사하지만, 프로테스탄트적 확신에 있어서 상당히 진전된 내 용을 담고 있다:‘하나님의 말씀의 역할에 대하여’(들어가는 말과 맺음 말); ‘복음에 관 하여’(1-16항); ‘교황에 관하여’(17항); ‘미사에 관하여’(18-19항); ‘성자들의 중재에 관 하여’(20-21항); ‘선행에 관하여’(22항); ‘성직자의 재산에 관하여’(23항);‘음식 금지에 관하여’(24항); ‘축일과 순례에 관하여’(25항); ‘후드, 복장, 견장에 관하여’(26항); ‘수 도원과 종파에 관하여’(27항); ‘성직자의 결혼에 관하여’(28-29항); ‘순결 서약에 관하 여’(30항); ‘파문에 관하여’(31-32항); ‘불법 재산에 관하여’(33항); ‘위정자들에 관하여 ’(34-43항); ‘기도에 관하여’(44-46항); ‘범죄에 관하여’(47-49항); ‘죄 사함에 관하여’(50-56항); ‘연옥에 관하여’(57-60항); ‘사제직에 관하여’(61-63항); ‘남용의 중 지에 관하여’(64-67항). 그러나 츠빙글리의『67개 조항』이 단지 로마 교황주의 교회들을 향한 외침만이 아 니라, 다른 지체 위에 군림하는 지상권(至上權), 남용(濫用)들, 돈으로 용서를 파는 것 등에 대한 날선 비판이 한국 교회를 향하고 있는 것 같다. 츠빙글리는 탐욕을 혐오했 을 뿐 아니라, 그리스도인들이 가난한자를 도울 수 있는 모든 일을 행해야함을 믿고 있었다. 그런데 우리는 지금 맘몬 즉 물신(物神)에서 자유롭다고 말할 수 있는가? 이 것은 우리가 교회 일을 행할 때 늘 주의를 기울여야 할 중요한 실천 원리임에 틀림없 다. 애국자 츠빙글리는 사랑하는 조국의 사회적, 정치적 여건들 위에 내리실 하나님 의 심판에 대한 두려움의 발로에서 종교개혁자로 일어섰다는 사실은 오늘날 한국 교 회를 향하여 많은 것을 시사해준다.
