This research analysed the relationship between SCM activities and export performance among export-oriented SMEs. By categorizing SCM activities into integration competence and ICT competence, this research set the path leading to export performance. Plus, this research analyzed characteristics of knowledge learning SCM competence has and suggested SCM use competence as resources needed to respond to changes in external environment. This research also examined major concepts of SCM activities, and suggested an analytical model integrating them. Following the analytical model, this research set hypotheses among SCM integration competence, agility, ICT competence, and export performance. In addition, by setting multi-level mediating hypotheses of supply chain agility and ICT competence, this research set the research aim to analyze the roles of the two factors. The research targets were Korean export-oriented SMEs, and created survey questions based on existing researches. The analysis found that, while SCM integration did not affect ICT competence, it positively affected supply chain agility. Meanwhile, supply chain agility had positive effect on both ICT competence and export performance. In contrast, supply chain ICT did not affect export performance. Multi-level mediating effect analysis showed that it has meaningful effect in the relationship among supply chain integration competence, agility, and supply chain ICT competence. But, mediating effect of ICT competence was not significant. This research suggested the need to improve SCM ICT competence of export-oriented SMEs, and theoretical hints following multi-level mediating analysis. Then, this research discussed limits of this research and direction of future researches.

본 연구는 수출 중소기업의 SCM 활동과 성과의 관계를 분석하였다. SCM 활동을 통합역량과 민첩성 그리고 ICT 역량으로 구분하여 수출성과에 이르는 경로를 설정하였다. 더불어 자원기반관점에 따라 중소기업의 SCM 역량이 갖는 지식학습 특성을 분석하고 외부환 경 변화에 필요한 자원으로 SCM 활용 역량을 제시하였다. 기존 연구에서 살펴본 SCM 활동의 주요 개념을 고찰하고 이를 통합한 분석 모형을 제시하였다. 분석모형에 따라 SCM 통합 역량, 민첩성, ICT 역량, 수출성과 사이의 가설을 설정하였다. 또한, 공급사슬 민첩성 과 ICT 역량의 다층매개효과 가설을 설정하여 두 요인의 역할을 세밀하게 분석하려는데 연구 목적을 두었다. 한국 수출 SMEs를 대상 으로 분석을 수행하였으며, 기존 연구에 따른 측정문항을 사용하였다. 분석결과 SCM 통합은 ICT 역량에는 영향을 주지 못했지만 공급 사슬 민첩성에는 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 공급사슬 민첩성은 또한 공급사슬 ICT 역량과 수출성과에 모두 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 반면 공급사슬 ICT는 수출성과에 영향이 없는 것을 확인하였다. 다층매개효과 분석에서는 공급사슬 통합역량, 민첩성, 공급사 슬 ICT 역량의 관계에서 유의한 결과를 보였다. 그러나 공급사슬 ICT 역량의 매개효과 분석 결과는 유의하지 못하였다. 분석결과에 따 라 수출 SMEs의 SCM ICT 역량의 필요성을 제시하였으며, 다층매개효과 분석에 따른 이론적 시사점을 밝혔다. 이후 연구결과의 한계 와 향후 연구에 필요한 방향성을 논의하였다.
