We investigated the distribution patterns of creative industries by using SLQ technique, and the intra urban spillover effects of them with the RCM (random coefficient matrix) model in seven metropolitan cities in Korea. The research drew conclusion that the distribution patterns of eleven creative sectors in cities, software sectors are concentrated in the Seoul Region and R&D sectors are clustered in the Daejeon Region. The production inducement effects of creative sectors were the largest in Seoul, due to the creative sectors that are clustered in the Seoul Region, and the value added inducement effects are great and does not show any significant differences among the metropolitan cities. The labor inducement effects of creative sectors are small because even though the creative human resources are primary production factor in them, they use less intermediate inputs produced by other industries when compared with other industries.
