This study analyzes the impact of the intrinsic function of the Regional Innovation Center Project (RIC) in Pusan on SME management performance. It is a meaningful study to understand whether the performance of projects on regional innovation center creation projects have a positive impact on participating companies or not. Most of the previous studies on RIC projects focused on the policy paradigm rather than the actual performance verification of the project entity, and most of them performed regression analysis on the basis of secondary data. However, unlike these studies, this survey data were collected directly from participating companies, and based on this, the RIC project was identified by performance based on actual satisfaction. As a result of the analysis, the technology transfer performance measurement of the research support project showed that the technology transfer to the participating companies due to the investment of research funds and the increase in sales due to the result were small. However, the results of measuring the satisfaction of research support projects, center support, and willingness to re-participate the research support projects showed good values for the overall analysis items. In particular, the results of the project's willingness to participate again in the research support project showed a good overall value, and the intention of the member companies to re-participate in the RIC project was high. 본 연구는 동아대학교 고기능성밸브 기술지원센터(지역혁신센터조성사업, RIC)가 중소기업 경영성과에 미친 영향을 분석한 것이다. 본 연 구가 지역혁신센터조성 사업이 참여기업에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 가에 대한 실증적 사업의 성과를 파악하는 것은 의미 있는 연구라 할 수 있다. RIC사업에 관한 선행연구는 사업주체의 실질적인 성과검증보다 정책적 패러다임과 효율성에 초점을 두고 2차 데이터를 토대로 회귀분 석을 한 것이 대부분이다. 그러나 본 연구는 이러한 선행연구들과는 달리 참여기업을 대상으로 직접 설문데이터를 수집하고 이를 토대로 실제적 인 만족도를 중심으로 RIC사업을 척도 별로 성과 파악하였다는 차별성이 있다. 분석의 결과, 연구지원사업의 기술이전 성과측정결과에서는 참 여기업에 대한 연구비투입 기술이전으로 인한 매출증대에는 성과가 작은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 연구 지원 사업, 센터지원의 만족도측정, 연 구지원 사업의 사업 재 참여의지 측정 연구지원사업의 정책성인지 측정결과에서는 분석항목 전체적으로 양호한 값을 나타내었다. 특히 연구지 원 사업 재참여 여부 측정결과는 전체적으로 양호한 값을 나타내었고 회원사들의 RIC사업 재참여에 대한 의도가 높은 값을 나타 내었다. 결론적 으로 동아대학교의 고기능 특수 밸브 RIC사업은 대체적으로 성과를 내는 것으로 나타났다
