This study is to develop and apply higher education service measurement scale for comparison between NCS applied university and NCS unapplied university. In other words, this study examines to select evaluation factors through perceived value of higher education service and quality of higher education service of university students. In addition, through the factor analysis of the exploratory factor analysis, the appropriate scale of higher education service is determined. Lastly, the relativeweight for each evaluation factor is set through AHP analysis of higher education service. Therefore, we will evaluate NCS applied university and NCS unapplied university with the developed higher education service measurement scale. Based on these results, wewould like to suggest implications forNCS and higher education services. This study developed the scale for higher education service evaluation based on perceived value of higher education service(ego-oriented value, socially oriented value) and quality of higher education service(tangibles, assurance, responsiveness, reliability). In addition, the comparison results of NCS applied university andNCS unapplied university are as follows. There was no difference between NCS applied university and NCS unapplied university for the Comprehensive evaluation. More specifically, in the case of ego-oriented value and Tangibles, NCS applied university was higher than NCS unapplied university. However, in the case of socially oriented value and assurance, responsiveness, reliability, therewas no difference betweenNCS applied university andNCS unapplied university.

본 연구는 NCS 적용하는 대학과 NCS 비적용 대학 간의 대학교육서비스를 측정하는 기법을 개발하고 적용하여 비교하고자 한다. 즉, 본 연구 에서는 재학생들의 대학교육서비스 지각가치와 SERVQUAL의 대학교육서비스 품질을 통해 평가요인들을 선정하고자 한다. 그리고 평가요소 에 대한 요인분석을 통해 적합한 척도를 확정하고자 한다. 마지막으로 대학교육서비스의 AHP 분석을 통하여 각 평가요소들에 대한 상대적 가 중치를 설정하고자 한다. 또한 개발된 대학교육서비스 측정기법으로 NCS 적용 대학과 NCS 비적용 대학에 대해 평가하고자 한다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 NCS와 대학교육서비스에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 한편, 대학교육의 지각가치(자아지향적 가치, 사회지향적 가치)및 대학교육 서비스 품질(유형성, 신뢰성, 확신성, 응답성)을 중심으로 대학교 육서비스 평가에 대한 척도를 개발하였다. 또한 NCS 적용 대학과 NCS 비적용 대학의 비교결과는 다음과 같다. 평가항목의 종합지수에 대한 NCS 적용대학과 NCS 비적용대학간의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 보다 구체적으로 자아지향적 가치와 유형성의 경우 NCS 적용대학이 NCS 비적 용대학 보다 높게 나타났다. 반면에 사회지향적 가치, 신뢰성, 확신성, 응답성의 경우 NCS 적용대학과 NCS 비적용대학간의 차이가 나타나지 않 았다.
