The purpose of the study is to allow famous and excellent AI pastors or monks in the form of avatars to hold religious rallies against inmates in prisons. By doing so, the purpose of teaching for inmates is to achieve the goal. The scope of the study is to first look at the preceding study of AI pastors or monks, to find out the development and operation of foreign AI pastors or monks, and to see if it is possible to introduce AI pastors or monks in prisons. Next, we will look at the pros and cons of the introduction and reach an agreement. Finally, the government should examine various problems related to introduction and implementation and devise countermeasures based on them to urge the prison to implement them. According to the research, there is a need to introduce AI pastors or monks in prison, and if they do so, they can choose good AI pastors or monks in the form of avatars developed in Korea, and if they hold religious rallies against inmates, they will be able to contribute more to achieving the purpose of civilization.

연구의 목적은 교정시설 내 수형자들에 대한 종교집회, 교육 및 상담을 할 때, 아바타 형태의 유명하고 훌륭한 AI목사나 승려가 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이 를 통해 수형자에 대한 교화목적을 좀 더 효율적으로 달성하는 것이다. 연구의 범위는 먼저 AI목사나 승려에 대한 선행연구를 살펴보고, 외국의 AI목 사나 승려의 개발 및 운영실태를 알아보며, 교도소에서 AI목사나 승려의 도입이 가능한지에 대해 살펴보는 것이다. 다음으로 도입에 따른 찬성과 반대 견해를 살 펴보고 합의점을 도출하는 것이다. 마지막으로 도입 및 시행에 따른 다양한 문제 점을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 대응방안을 강구하여 교도소로 하여금 실시를 촉 구하는 것이다. 연구결과 교도소 내 AI목사나 승려의 도입 필요성이 있고, 도입한다면 국내에 서 개발한 아바타 형태의 훌륭한 AI목사나 승려를 선택하는 것이 가능하며, 이 를 통해 수형자를 대상으로 종교집회, 상담 및 교육을 행할 경우 교화목적 달성 에 좀 더 이바지할 수 있을 것이다.
