The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the structural relationship among teacher’s professionalism, fun factors and class satisfaction in athletics classes perceived by pre-service elementary school teachers. For this purpose, data were collected and analyzed from 224 pre-service elementary school teachers in 5 educational universities across the country who have participating experience in athletics classes. Descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis were conducted on the collected data by using IBM SPSS 23.0, a statistical program, and confirmatory factor analysis and verification of structural equation model were conducted by using IBM AMOS 23.0 program. Through this research process, following conclusions were drawn out; First, teacher’s professionalism in athletics classes perceived by pre-service elementary school teachers has significant effect on fun factors. Second, fun factors perceived by pre-service elementary school teachers have significant effect on class satisfaction with athletics classes. Third, teacher’s professionalism in athletics classes perceived by pre-service elementary school teachers has significant effect on class satisfaction. Fourth, fun factors in athletics classes perceived by pre-service elementary school teachers have mediating effect between teacher’s professionalism and class satisfaction. That is, the higher the level of teacher’s professionalism and fun factors in athletics classes perceived by pre-service elementary school teachers, the more positive effect they have on learners’ satisfaction with teachers’ operation of classes, teaching methodologies and class environments.

이 연구는 예비초등교사가 인식하는 육상수업 교수자의 교수전문성과 재미요인 및 수업만족도의 구조적 관계를 실 증적으로 구명하는데 목적이 있었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국에 분포되어 있는 5개의 교육대학교 에 재학 중인 예비초등교사 중 육상수업의 참가 경험이 있는 224명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 수집 된 자료는 통계프로그램인 IBM SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석이 실시되었으며, IBM AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 확인적요인분석 및 구조방정식모형 검증이 실시되었다. 이러한 연구 과정을 통 해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 예비초등교사가 인식한 육상수업 교수전문성은 재미요인에 유의한 영향을 미 친다. 둘째, 예비초등교사가 인식한 재미요인은 육상수업의 수업만족도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 예비초등교 사가 인식한 육상수업 교수전문성은 수업만족도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 예비초등교사가 인식한 육상수업에 대한 재미요인은 교수전문성과 수업만족도 사이에서 매개효과가 있다. 즉, 예비초등교사가 인식한 육상수업 교수전 문성과 수업의 재미요인이 높을수록 수업에 대한 교수자의 운영과 교수법 및 수업환경 조성에 대한 학습자의 만족 도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것이다.
