This study uses the Standard Rituals of GAPCK and the order of Sunday worship in the bulletin of the local church as the basic research materials. For this Standard Rituals is the only official one that presents the standard order of the worship practice in GAPCK, and the bulletin shows without exaggeration the practice of worship in the local church. A comparison of the order of the Sunday worship in the Standard Rituals and in the bulletins can confirm the influence of the Standard Rituals on the local church. Through this process, this study aims to clarify the characteristics of GAPCK for the worship practice of the local church. First, in order to examine the characteristics of the worship practice of the local church, the worship terminology and order of worship in the Standard Rituals and the bulletin are analyzed from the perspective of the reformed theology. Second, I will examine the various understandings of worship and the characteristics of Reformed(Presbyterian) worship and it’s practice. The following brief history of Reformed worship and liturgy will show that, even though the theological understanding of worship is consistent, worship practice can be formed in various ways. Finally, the worship practice of GAPCK will be analyzed and criticized based on the understanding of Reformed worship, and then given a renewal direction. Although the worship of GAPCK continues the Reformed tradition of worship, the influence of the Standard Rituals provided by the denomination seems to be insignificant. This is because the worship that is practiced in many local churches shows a great departure from the Reformed worship. To overcome this problem, the publication of a new Standard Rituals reflecting Reformed theology of worship is called for. It also requires a shift in perception that worship is not an instrument of evangelism and education, but an purpose in itself. And the retraining of pastors is needed to organize worship according to the principles of Reformed worship. The scope of this paper is about whether the practice of worship in the local church of GAPCK is carried out according to the principles of Reformed worship. It is beyond the scope of the study that the liturgy set out in GAPCK has been formulated in accordance with Reformed worship principles.

본고는 대한예수교 장로회 합동교단의 표준예식서와 소속 지역교회의 주보에 실린 주일낮예배 순서를 연구를 위한 기초 자료로 삼는다. 표준예식서는 합동교단의 예배 모범을 확인할 수 있는 유일한 예식서이고, 주보는 지역교회에서 거행되는 예배 실천 을 가감 없이 보여주기 때문이다. 표준예식서와 주보에 실린 다양한 주일낮예배 순서 의 비교는 표준예식서가 지역교회에 미치는 영향을 확인할 수 있다. 이 과정을 통해 본고는 합동교단 예배 실천의 특징을 밝히고, 이에 근거해서 지역교회의 예배 실천을 위한 갱신방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 지역교회의 예배 실천에서 나타나는 특징을 고찰하기 위해, 표준예식서와 주보에 실린 예배 용어와 예배 구성 순서를 개 혁주의적 관점에서 분석하고, 둘째로 예배에 대한 다양한 이해들과 표준예식서의 근 거가 되는 개혁주의(장로교) 예배·예전의 특징들을 살펴볼 것이다. 이어지는 개혁주의 예배·예전에 관한 간략한 역사는 예배에 대한 신학적 이해가 일치하더라도, 예배 실 천은 다양하게 형성될 수 있다는 사실을 보여줄 것이다. 마지막으로는 합동교단의 예배 실천을 개혁주의 예배 이해에 근거해서 분석, 비판한 후, 갱신 방향을 제시할 것이다. 현재 합동교단의 예배는 개혁주의 예배 전통을 잇고 있음에도 불구하고, 교단이 제 공하는 표준예식서의 영향력은 미미한 것처럼 여겨진다. 적지 않은 지역교회에서 실 행되고 있는 예배에서 개혁주의적 예배 모범에서 크게 이탈한 모습을 보이고 있기 때 문이다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 개혁주의 예배 신학을 잘 반영한 새로운 표준 예식서의 발간이 요청된다. 또한 예배를 전도와 교육의 도구가 아니라, 그 자체를 목 적으로 삼는 인식의 전환이 요구된다. 그리고 개혁주의 예배 원리에 따라 예배를 구 성할 수 있도록 목회자 재교육이 필요하다. 한편 이 글의 연구 범위는 합동교단의 지역교회에서 실행되고 있는 예배 실천이 개혁주의 예배 원리에 따라 실행되고 있는지에 관한 것이다. 합동교단의 표준예식서 에서 제시하고 있는 예배 모범이 개혁주의 예배원리에 따라 작성되었는지의 관한 것 은 연구 범위를 넘어선 것으로 후속 연구 과제로 남기고자 한다.
