Logic analysis, literature and other methods are used to analyze the dilemma of rule of law in the development of Chinese sports culture. It is mainly reflected in: the imperfect legal system of sports culture construction; the high legislative level of sports culture, and the prominent phenomenon of sectoralization; the unformed integration mechanism of the rule of law integration. The main ways of development are: strengthening legislation and enforcing the law, increasing the recognition of the rule of law; balancing and coordinating the spiritual culture and the construction of the rule of law; strengthening the timeliness of the rule of law, improving the supervision system. It is more important to look at the connection between sports culture and the rule of law in a dialectical way, and to explore the theoretical basis for coupled development.

본고는 논리적인 분석과 문헌자료 등의 방법을 사용해 중국 체육문화 발전 이 직면한 법치적 난관을 분석해 보았다. 본고가 분석한 문제는 주로 체육문 화의 법률체계가 미숙한 점, 체육문화에 관한 입법이 어렵고 부문화 현상이 두드러진 점, 법치 일체화 매커니즘의 미형성, 체육문화의 법치화와 체육정신 간의 불균형에서 드러났다. 이에 대한 해결 방법으로는 입법과 집행의 강화 와 법치에 대한 인식 강화, 정신문화와 법치화의 균형적인 발전, 법치의 효율 강화와 감독체계의 완비, 인본 중시와 법치 프로세스의 추진, 법치 실현의 중 시와 강화로 나타났다. 더욱 중요한 것은 체육문화와 체육 법치의 연계를 강 화하고, 이를 발판으로 삼아 발전의 이론적 기초를 강구해야 할 것이다.
