The purpose of this research is to analyze demands of lifelong education felt in actual site that marriage migrant women face. To achieve it, a survey could be conducted directly for marriage migrant women, but another survey was conducted for NGO activists who provide multi-cultural service for them in consideration of the aspect of research ethics for them, participation in the survey, and their linguistic understanding. This research conducted the expert interview for 5 core hands-on workers of NGO organization related to multi-culture in Gyeongsangnam-do and intends to analyze the contents by analytical phenomenology. For the interview, narrative interview method was mainly used, but semi-structured form was used according to the questions prepared previously, based on the research problems. As a result of this research, marriage migrant women preferred employment education the mostly, so were interested in the improvement of life quality and adaptation to Korean society through the employment. In addition, they showed lots of demands for children's education. Also, they had demands for intercultural education to be recognized evenly, not just for them. Marriage migrant women also had demands for not only marital education but also education that they can be subjects and delivery of practical knowledge and experiences for their lives. They demanded self-help meeting program which helps in solving their problems together. The results can be interpreted as an aspect different from the adaptation to unilateral Korean culture.

본 연구는 결혼이주여성들이 처한 현장에서 체감되는 평생교육의 요구를 분석하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 직접 조사를 할 수도 있으나 이들에게 쏟아지 는 조사참여라는 연구윤리적인 측면과 그들의 언어적인 이해도를 고려하여 이들을 대상으 로 다문화서비스를 제공하고 있는 NGO활동가를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 경상남도 내 다문화 관련 NGO 단체의 핵심실무자 5명을 대상으로 전문가인터뷰를 진행하 였고 그 내용을 해석학적 현상학으로 분석하고자 한다. 인터뷰는 내러티브(narrative)적 인 터뷰기법을 주로 사용하였으나 연구문제에 의거하여 사전에 준비한 질문에 따라 반구조화 (semi-structured) 형식을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과 결혼이주여성들을 취업교육을 가장 선호하여 취업을 통한 삶의 질 개선과 한국사회의 적응에 관심을 보였다. 이와 더불어 이 들은 자녀교육에 대한 요구도 높았다. 또한 이들은 이들만을 대상으로 하는 것이 아닌 동 등하게 인정을 받는 상호문화교육에 대한 요구가 있었다. 그리고 결혼이주여성들은 부부교 육은 물론이고 자신이 주체로 설 수 있는 교육에 대한 요구와 삶을 살아가는데 필요로 하 는 실용적인 지식과 경험의 전달에 대한 요구가 있었다. 이들은 자신들이 처한 문제를 함 께 해결해갈 수 있도록 도와주는 자조모임프로그램을 요구하고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 일 방적인 한국문화에 대한 적응과는 다른 양상으로 해석될 수 있다.
