This study aim at seeking the fundamental meaning of job experiences of teachers in charge of caring with van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenology about the meaning attributed to essential phenomena on one's own job experiences during the research participants' job as teacher in charge of caring The purpose of the study is to understand and analyze the meaning of job experiences of teacher in charge of caring in elementary school in depth by applying the method of van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenology. For the research question, it is "What is meaning attributed to teachers in charge of caring on the essence and phenomena of one's own job experiences?" Accordingly, the study applied van Manen's four existentials, lived space, lived time, lived body, and lived relationship, drew the essential themes and found the essential meaning by understanding and describing the process of the research participants' job experiences in caring class in depth. As a result, it required conditions for proper work time, improvement in policies for treatment, and various training to acquire new knowledge and skills in order to use full various abilities and expertise of teacher in charge of caring. Therefore, the study has significances to attempt desirable growth and development of children using in caring classroom with quantitative extension and qualitative changes of caring classroom. Narratives about job experiences in caring classroom obtained from in-depth interviews with teachers in charge of caring contribute to qualitative changes for caring classroom in elementary school have a significance to draw qualitative changes in caring room in elementary school.

본 연구는 연구참여자가 돌봄 전담교사로서 직무와 역할을 수행하면서 자신의 직무 경험에 대한 본질적 현상에 부여하는 의미는 무엇인가를 van Manen의 해석학적 현상학 의 관점으로 돌봄 전담교사의 직무경험에 대한 본질적 의미를 탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 van Manen의 해석학적 현상학의 연구방법을 적용하여 초등 돌봄 전담교 사의 직무경험에 대한 의미를 심층적으로 이해하고 분석하는 것이며 연구문제로는 “돌 봄 전담교사가 자신의 직무경험의 본질과 현상에 대하여 부여하는 의미는 무엇인가?” 이다. 이에 본 연구는 van Manen의 네 가지 실존체인 체험적 공간성, 체험적 시간성, 체험적 신체성, 체험적 관계성을 적용하여 본질적 주제를 도출하였고 연구 참여자의 돌 봄교실에서의 직무경험에 대한 과정을 심층적으로 이해하고 기술하면서 본질적 의미를 찾을 수 있었다. 그 결과로 돌봄교실의 양적확대와 변화에 맞는 질적 변화로 돌봄교실 참여아동의 바람직한 발달과 성장을 도모하는데 의의를 두고자 하였으며 돌봄 전담교사 의 심층면담을 통한 돌봄 교실에서의 직무경험에 대한 구술은 초등 돌봄교실의 질적 변 화를 가져오는데 의미가 있다고 볼 수 있다.
