The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of interpersonal relationships on the effect of perfectionism on career preparation behavior of university students in local universities. For this purpose, We analyzed data from 623 college students and used the mediation analysis and Bootstrap method using PROCESS macro. The main results of the study are as follows. First, perfectionism of college students had a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Second, perfectionism of college students has a positive effect on interpersonal relationships. Third, interpersonal relationship of college students had a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Fourth, perfectionism of college students influenced career preparation behavior through interpersonal relationships. Based on these findings, We expect the theoretical foundation to promote career education and psychological counseling, including career education and interpersonal relationships.

본 연구는 지방대학 대학생의 완벽주의 성향이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 대인관계의 매 개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 623명을 대상으로 자료를 분석 하였으며, PROCESS macro를 이용한 매개분석과 Bootstrap 방법을 활용하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 완벽주의가 진로준비행동에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 완벽주의가 대인관계에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 대인 관계가 진로준비행동에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학생의 완벽주의는 대 인관계를 매개로 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 지 방대학생들의 진로교육 및 대인관계를 비롯한 진로적성과 심리상담 지도를 촉진하는 이론적 토대를 기대하는 바이다.
