1) The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of students’ understanding of NCS-based curriculum on class satisfaction, educational outcomes, and employability. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted among students who took classes in taxation and accounting courses using the NCS-based curriculum. The understanding of NCS-based curriculum is divided into understanding of components, understanding of competence units, understanding of learning modules. And we analyzed empirically the effect of NCS-based curriculum on class satisfaction, educational outcomes and employability. As a result of the empirical analysis, the comprehension (components, competence units, learning modules) of NSC-based curriculum has a significant positive effect on class satisfaction, educational outcomes and employability. In addition, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of class satisfaction and educational performance on employability, only the understanding of competence units among the NSC-based curriculum had a significant effect on employability. The results of this study show that students' understanding of NSC-based curriculum has a direct impact on class satisfaction and educational outcomes, but it dosen’t have a direct impact on employability.

본 연구의 목적은 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육과정에 대한 학생들의 이해도가 수업만족도, 교육성과 및 취업가능성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 적 용한 세무 회계 교과목 수업을 수강한 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 국가직무능력 표준(NCS) 기반 교육과정에 대한 이해도를 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 구성요소에 대한 이해도, 국 가직무능력표준(NCS)의 능력단위에 대한 이해도, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 학습모듈에 대한 이해 도로 구분하여 수업만족도, 교육성과 및 취업가능성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증분석결과, 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육과정에 대한 이해도(구성요소, 능력단위, 학습모 듈)는 수업만족도, 교육성과, 취업가능성에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적 으로 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육과정에 대한 이해도(구성요소, 능력단위, 학습모듈)가 취업가 능성에 미치는 영향에 있어서 수업만족도와 교육성과의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 국가직무능력표준 (NCS) 기반 교육과정에 대한 이해도 중 능력단위에 대한 이해도만이 취업가능성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 분석결과는 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육과정에 대 한 학생들의 이해도가 수업만족도와 교육성과에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 반면, 국가직무능력 표준(NCS)의 능력단위에 대한 이해도를 제외한 다른 이해도는 취업가능성에 실질적으로 영향을 미 치지 못할 수 있음을 의미하는 결과로 해석된다.
