The purpose of this study is to present a plan that can contribute to the employment rate improvement strategy of accounting majors by analyzing the effects of employment linkage in accounting-related fields through practical training. In addition, this study empirically examined the relationship between accounting practical education, job employment in the field of financial accounting and tax accounting. For the analysis of this study, 70 individuals who completed Computational Accounting and Computational Tax Practical Training Courses during the 2019 period of Educational A in Gwangju were selected as the sample to be analyzed. In this study, we analyzed the employment-related qualifications and the various characteristic variables of the employed among the participants in the accounting training curriculum. This study analyzes the effects of the level of accounting practice education on employment in tax accounting and financial accounting, and presents the results and interpretations. The logistic regression analysis results and interpretation of this study model are as follows. First, the results of binary logistic regression analysis of study model 1 and study model 3 did not show a statistically significant effect on all variables of interest. However, in Model 2, whether to obtain computer tax level 2 qualification or computer accounting level 2 qualification was analyzed to have a positive effect on employment in the field of tax accounting.

본 연구의 목적은 회계 실무교육을 통한 회계 관련 분야 취업연계 효과를 구체적으로 분석함으 로써 회계 전공자들의 취업률 제고 전략에 기여할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 본 연구를 통하여 회계학 전공 학생들의 회계 실무교육과 재무회계 및 세무회계 분야 직무 취업 관련성을 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 분석을 위하여 광주광역시에 소재한 A 교육기관의 2019년 기간 동안 전산회계 및 전 산세무 실무교육 과정 수료자 70명을 분석대상 표본으로 선정하였다. 본 연구에서는 회계 실무교육 과정 참여자 중 취업자들의 직무관련 자격증 취득여부와 다양한 특성 변수를 중심으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 회계 실무교육 수준이 세무회계 및 재무회계 직무분야 취업에 미치는 영향을 분석하 고 그 결과 및 해석을 제시하였다. 본 연구모형의 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과 및 해석을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 연구모형 1과 연구모형 3의 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과는 모든 관심변수에서 통계적으 로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 연구모형 2에서 전산세무 2급 자격 취득 여부와 전산회계 2급 자격 취득 여부가 세무회 계 직무분야 취업에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
