The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the teacher in charge's job stress and the student's satisfaction in school life. Teachers in charge are stressed by school violence and parent complaints in addition to learning and school administration, and job stress is serious. This job stress can affect student satisfaction. In particular, the teacher in charge's job stress is more serious. The study participants included four teachers and 59 students from K Middle School in the C region. The two teachers are teachers in charge with the most job stress. Also, two teachers are teachers in charge with the least job stress. The students who participated in the study were teacher in charge’s students. Twenty-four questions were surveyed to find out the teacher in charge's job stress. Six questions were surveyed to find out the students' satisfaction with school life. The results showed that there was a correlation between the teacher in charge's job stress and the student's life satisfaction. The higher the teacher's job stress, the lower the student's satisfaction with school life. The lower the job stress of the homeroom teacher, the higher the satisfaction of school life. When the teacher in charge's job stress was 75%, the students' satisfaction with school life averaged 54,2%. When the teacher in charge's job stress was relatively low at 50.4%, the students' satisfaction in school life averaged 79%. Based on the results of the study, discussions and suggestions were made.

본 연구의 목적은 담임교사의 직무스트레스가 학생의 학교생활 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 담임교사는 학습과 학교행정 업무 이외에 학교폭력과 학부모 민원으로 스 트레스를 받고 있어, 직무스트레스는 심각하다. 이 직무 스트레스는 학생 만족에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 연구 참여자는 C지역 K중학교의 교사 4명과 학생 59명이다. 교사 2명은 직무스트 레스를 가장 많은 받고 있는 담임교사들이고 나머지 교사 2명은 직무스트레스를 가장 적게 받고 있는 담임교사들이었다. 연구 참여 학생들은 담임교사의 반 학생들이었다. 담임교사의 직무스트레스 정도를 알기 위해 24개의 문항을 설문하였고, 학생의 학교생활에 만족도를 알 기 위해 6개의 문항을 설문 하였다. 연구 결과, 담임교사의 직무스트레스와 학생의 학생생활 만족도와의 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 담임교사의 직무스트레스가 높을수록 학생의 학교생활 만족도가 낮았고, 담임교사의 직무스트레스가 낮을수록 학교생활의 만족도가 높았다. 담임교사의 직무스트레스가 75%일 경우에 학생의 학교생활의 만족도는 평균 54,2%로 나타났다. 상대적으로 담임교사의 직무스트레스가 50.4%로 낮은 경우에 학생의 학교생활의 만족도는 평균 79%로 나타났다. 연구 결과에 근거하여 논의와 제언을 제시하였다.
