This paper is to understand the essence of the fourth industrial revolution, which rapidly rose in the early part of the 21st century from a humanities perspective, as it transcends the limits of the industrial and economic sectors, and it is a thought to grasp the nature of the historical changes in civilization that will be driven across all areas of human society, and to come up with appropriate policy alternatives that can be applied to the realities of Korea. In that case, the humanities grasp of the fourth industrial revolution that this paper seeks is different from the analysis of trends in the industry that have focused on technological change. In this paper, we will check the key issues of the sweeping upheaval of modern society brought by the technological advance of artificial intelligence and network, which is the driving force of the fourth industrial revolution, in areas outside labor, approach this core subject with humanities self-righteousness, and then discuss the direction and alternative to labor policy that we should consider on the basis of this.

본 논문은 21세기 초반부에 급부상한 제4차 산업혁명이 산업과 경제 분야의 한계를 뛰어넘어, 인류 사회의 전 분야에 걸쳐 추동시킬 문명사적 변동을 인문학적 시각에서 그 본질을 파악하고, 한국의 현실에 적용할 수 있는 적절한 정책적 대안을 마련하기 위한 고민이라 하겠다. 이때 본 논문이 지향하는 제4차 산업혁명에 대한 인문학적 파악은 기술변화에 주목한 산업계의 트렌드 분석과는 그 결을 달리한다. 본 논문에서는 제4차 산업혁명의 동력인 인공지능과 네트워크의 기술 진보가 가져오는 현대사회의 전면적 격변의 핵심 사안을 노동소외의 영역에서 확인하고, 이 핵심주제를 인문학적 독법으로 접근한 후, 이를 기반으로 우리가 고민해야 할 노동정책에 대한 방향과 대안을 논의하고자 한다. 결국 본 논문은 세계적으로 빠르게 전개되는 제4차 산업혁명의 진화 궤적을 인문학의 시각에서 파악하고, 이에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해 초연결성과 인공지능으로 대변되는 기술변혁이 노동시장에서 어떠한 문제를 야기할 수 있는지를 추론한 후, 이에 맞는 인간중심적 노동정책을 제시하고자 한다.
