The purpose of the study is to promote the integration of Chinese Confucianism and Olympic spirit. The Olympic Games, which began in the ancient Greek era, is a great legacy of human civilization. The peace and humanitarian embodied in the Olympic spirit are the hope of the future human society. However, the modern Olympic Games, which just spanned a hundred year, has exposed some negative aspects that are contrary to the Olympic spirit, such as war, political chaos, racial discrimination, commercialization, violence, and drug abuse. Based on the core ethics of Confucianism's subjectivity, the study examines its practical value, cognitive value and unity of host-object. From a moral perspective, it is possible to make sure the subjective status of the person. The internal morality of the subject has been complied with to establish an external belief and political order. On this basis, the unity of the Olympic spirit and Confucianism could come true. First, it can establish the subjective position of the person; Second, the Olympic spirit can play an important role in supplementing and enhancing together with Confucianism. Take it as motivation, the Olympic Movement, as a human cultural heritage, will make a healthier and more sustainable development.

본 연구의 목적은 중국 유가 사상과 올림픽 정신의 융합이다. 고대 그리스 시대에 시작된 올림픽은 인류문명의 위대한 유산이며, 올림픽 정신에 나타나는 평화와 인도주의 사상은 미래 인류사회의 희망이다. 그러나 100년 갓 넘은 근대 올림픽 경기는 전쟁, 정치 혼란, 인종 차별, 상업화, 폭력, 약물복용 등 올림픽 정신에 어긋나는 부정적 요소들이 드러나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 유가 사상의 주체성의 핵심인 도덕을 중심으로 실천의 가치, 인지의 가치, 주 객체의 통일성을 살펴보았다. 도덕적 견지에서 인간의 주체적 지위를 확보할 수 있으며, 이는 주체가 된 내재적 도덕에 복종하고 내재적 도덕은 외적 신앙과 정치 질서를형성한다. 이를 바탕으로 올림픽 정신과 유가 사상의 통합은 첫째, 인간의 주체적 지위를확립할 수 있으며, 둘째, 올림픽 정신은 유가 사상과 함께 뚜렷한 보완과 상승작용을 할것이다. 이러한 노력이 지속될 때 인류의 문화유산인 올림픽 운동이 더욱 건전하고 지속적으로발전할 수 있을 것이다.
