The purpose of this study is to examine the effect factors of individual-level community capacity on subjective well-being and perception of social safety, and to explore the intermediaries of subjective well-being in these relationships. This is to verify whether the personal level of awareness and experience can be extended to the perception of society. The data for analysis used the ‘2017 Social Integration Survey’ data, which was approved by the national government, and the Structural Equation Model Analysis was conducted using the SPSS 25 and AMOS 25 statistical programs to analyze the impact of variables on community capacity, subjective well-being, and social safety perception. The analysis showed that community identity, interpersonal trust, and social support among community capacity variables were directly affected by the subjective well-being. Community identity, interpersonal trust and subjective well-being have also proven to be a positive factor in the perception of community safety. In particular, social support for social security perceptions has a full mediation effect through subjective well–being. Therefore, it was confirmed that community identity, interpersonal trust, and social support among community capacity variables have a positive effect on social safety perception through mediating effect of subjective well-being. Since the subjective well-being represents the mediating effect of social safety perception, the model of this study can explain that individual subjective experience and awareness can be extended to social perception.

본 연구의 목적은 개인수준의 지역사회 역량이 주관적 안녕감과 사회안전성 인식에 미 치는 영향요인을 분석하고, 이러한 영향관계에서 주관적 안녕감의 매개효과를 살펴보고 자 한다. 즉 개인적 수준의 인식과 경험이 사회인식으로의 확장가능성을 검증해 보고자 한다. 분석을 위한 자료는 국가승인통계자료인 2017년 사회통합실태조사 자료를 활용하 였으며, 지역사회역량변인과 주관적안녕감, 사회안정성 인식에 대한 변수간의 영향관계분 석을 위해 SPSS 25와 AMOS 25 통계프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식모형분석을 실시 하였다. 분석결과 지역사회역량변인중 지역사회정체성, 대인신뢰, 사회적 지지는 주관적 안녕감에 직접적인 정(+)의 영향요인으로 나타났으며, 지역사회정체성, 대인신뢰와 주관 적 안녕감은 사회안전성 인식에도 정(+)의 영향요인임을 검증하였다. 특히 사회안전성 인 식에 대해 사회적 지지는 주관적안녕감을 통한 완전매개효과를 나타내고 있다. 따라서 지역사회정체성, 대인신뢰, 사회적지지의 지역사회역량은 주관적안녕감을 통해 사회 안전 성 인식에 긍정적 영향요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉 주관적 안녕감이 사회안전성 인식 에 매개효과를 나타냄으로 개인의 주관적 경험과 인식은 사회적 인식으로 확산될 수 있음을 설명하고 있다.
