Climate change could affect on microbial diversity in rhizosphere soil of mushroom. However, there has been no study on bacterial diversity in mushroom rhizosphere soil in Jeju Island. To obtain fundamental information, bacteria communities in rhizosphere soil around Amanita caesarea, A. verna, Cortinarius violaceus, Laccaria vinaceoavellanea fruit body produced at Gotjawal were analyzed using microbiome taxonomic profile (MTP). Operational taxonomic unit (OTUs) based on 16s rRNA V3V4 region showed that species richness and Shannon diversity index were commonly highest in the rhizosphere soil of A. verna. But Simpson index was commonly highest in the rhizosphere soil of C. violaceus. Regarding phylum classification, the most abundant bacterial phylum was Proteobacteria, followed by Acidbacteria. MTP analysis showed that there is huge difference in the abundance and diversity of soil bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of the four mushroom. Our finding provides a basis for understanding the ecological interactions between mushroom and its rhizosphere bacteria. We are currently analyzing fungal community and soil properties from the same rhizosphere soils samples. The results will give more informative data for the understanding the interactions.
