The purpose of this study is to The purpose of this study is to verify that resilience moderates the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and academic helplessness in college students. To this end, the online survey of 236 college students was conducted. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS macro 3.1. The results of this study were as follows: First, socially prescribed perfectionism showed positive correlation with the academic helplessness and negative correlation with resilience(control, positive and sociability). Second, socially prescribed perfectionism has a significant positive effect on academic helplessness, while control and sociality have a significant negative effect on academic helplessness. Third, it was shown that moderating effect of resilience was statistically significant in the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and academic helplessness. Finally, based on the results of these studies, support measures were proposed to mitigate the academic helplessness of college students with a high tendency toward socially prescribed perfectionism.

본 연구의 목적은 사회부과적 완벽주의와 학업무기력의 관계를 회복탄력성이 조절하는지 검 증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학생 236명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하고, 수집된 자료 는 SPSS 25.0과 PROCESS macro 3.1를 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 사회부과적 완벽 주의는 학업무기력과 유의한 정적 관계를 나타냈으며, 회복탄력성(통제성, 긍정성, 사회성)과 유의한 부적 관계를 보였다. 둘째, 사회부과적 완벽주의는 학업무기력에 유의미한 정적영향을 미치는 반 면, 통제성과 사회성은 학업무기력에 유의미한 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회 부과적 완벽주의와 학업무기력 간 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회부과적 완벽주의 성향이 높은 대학생의 학업무기력을 완화할 수 있는 지원 방안을 제안하였다.
