Along with the fourth industrial revolution, it came into a spotlight that blockchain technology is the innovative one and sharing economy is the innovative model in Korea. Accordingly, domestic studies have actively been conducted. Nevertheless, the research on sharing economy based on blockchain technology is seldom carried out. Hence, the cases of innovation by five start-up companies applying blockchain-based sharing economy were analyzed and the company’s platform strategies were covered. The implementation process of the compensation mechanism based on cryptocurrency and the confidence-assuring mechanism between P2P structures were analyzed. We suggest three significant implications. First, the blockchain-based sharing economy model appears to be able to create innovative value in the market. Second, not only the studies on practical-oriented business models, but also theoretical implications of high-tech market strategies and innovative management are recommended to be conducted. Third, it is believed that this study would be able to contribute to enrich the strategic contents for start-up platforms based on blockchain technology.

4차 산업혁명과 함께 혁신기술로서 블록체인 기술과 혁신모델로서의 공유경제가 주목받는 가운데, 관련 국내 연구는 활발히 진행되어져왔다. 그러나 두 키워드의 조합인 블록체인 기반 공 유경제모델에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 블록체인 기반 공유경제모델 을 적용한 창업기업 5개사의 혁신사례를 분야별로 분류하여 각 기업별 플랫폼전략을 알아본 뒤 암호화폐 기반의 보상 메커니즘과 P2P 구조간 신뢰확보 메커니즘의 구현과정을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 크게 세 가지의 시사점을 제공한다. 첫째, 블록체인 기반 공유경제모델은 시장의 혁신적인 가치창출을 가능하게 할 수 있다. 둘째, 본 연구결과는 실무중심의 비즈니스모델 연구 뿐만 아니라 학술적 영역인 하이테크 시장전략과 기술혁신경영의 이론적 시사점도 제공한다. 셋 째, 향후 국내 블록체인 기반 신기술 창업 플랫폼전략에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
