In this study, the impact factors on crowd funding usage attitude of productive welfare institutions were identified using a unified theory of acceptance and use of technology. The purpose of the project was to provide basic data for activating crowd funding in productive welfare institutions. We also collected data for 300 male and female adults over 20 years of age living in Busan Metropolitan City. The results showed that first, there was a difference in gender and individual monthly income in demographic characteristics. Second, it has been shown that the performance expectation, the effort expectation and the Social Influence of the productive welfare institutions crowd funding use attitude have a static effect. Based on these results, the following suggestions are made. First, crowd funding should be designed considering gender and income. Second, a crowd funding project should be designed to provide social value to potential users. Third, public relations activities on productive welfare institutions crowd funding methods should be strengthened. Fourth, the public image of productive welfare institutions should be strengthened.

본 연구에서는 통합기술수용모델을 활용하여 생산적복지기관의 크라우드 펀딩 이용태도에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 생산적복지기관의 크라우드 펀딩 활성화를 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 또한 부산광역시에 거주하고 있는 20세 이상 성인 남녀 300명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에서 성별과 개인 월평균 소득에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생산적복지기관의 크라우드 펀딩 이용태도에 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적영향이 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언하였다. 첫째, 성별과 소득을 고려한 크라우드 펀딩이 설계되어야 한다. 둘째, 잠재적인 이용자에게 사회적 가치를 제공할 수 있는 크라우드 펀딩 프로젝트가 설계되어야 한다. 셋째, 생산적복지기관의 크라우드 펀딩 방법에 대한 홍보 활동을 강화해야 한다. 넷째, 생산적복지기관에 대한 공익적인 이미지를 강화해야 한다.
