The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional regulation style on attitude to violences focusing on the mediating effect of human rights sensitivity in their 20s. The research problems are as follows. First, would emotional regulation style, human rights sensitivity, attitude to violence have significant differences according to gender and age? Second, What is the relationship between Emotional Regulation Style and Attitude to Violence? Third, what is the relative influence of emotional regulation style and human rights sensitivity on attitude to violence? Fourth, what is the mediating effect of attitude to violence concerning the influence of emotional regulation style toward human rights sensitivity? To look at this, a total of 398 of the collected questionnaires were analyzed as final subjects of study using online questionnaire and ground questionnaire. And The data statistically analyzed on frequency analysis, mean and standard deviation, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple regressions analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS Win 21.0. The major results of this study were as follows. First, It has been found that there are significant differences between active emotional regulation style and avoidant/distractive. And regulation style, human rights sensitivity, and attitudes to violence, which are sub-factory factors of emotional regulation style, according to age groups. Second, it has been shown that only supportive and follow-up emotional regulation style has a significant impact on attitudes to violence. Third, the explanation ability was shown in order of human rights sensitivity and support-seeking emotional regulation style as the excuse to explain attitudes to violence. Fourth, in relation to active and avoidant/distractive regulation style and attitudes to violence, human rights sensitivity showed complete mediation effect, and in relation to the relationship of support-seeking regulaion style and attitude to violence, human rights sensitivity showed partial mediation effect. By examining the mediating effects of human rights sensitivity concerning emotional regulation style on attitude to violence, this study is expected to help extend interest attitude to violence.

본 연구의 목적은 20대의 정서조절양식과 폭력에 대한 태도의 관계에서 인권감수성의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 살펴보기 위해 20대 남녀를 대상으로 온라인 설문지와 지면설문지를 실시하였 으며, 수거된 설문지 중 총 398부를 최종 연구대상으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 정서조절양식의 하위요 인인 지지추구적 정서조절, 회피분산적 정서조절, 폭력에 대한 태도는 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 있 다고 나타났다. 또한 정서조절양식의 하위요인인 능동적 정서조절, 회피분산적 정서조절, 인권감수성, 폭력에 대한 태도는 연령 집단에 따라 유의한 차이가 있다고 나타났다. 다음으로 정서조절 양식의 하 위요인 중 지지추구적 정서조절이 폭력에 대한 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인권 감수성과 지지추구적 정서조절 순으로 폭력에 대한 태도를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 능 동적 정서조절, 회피분산적 정서조절과 폭력에 대한 태도의 관계에서 인권감수성이 완전매개를 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 지지추구적 정서조절과 폭력에 대한 태도와의 관계에서는 인권감수성이 부분매개 효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과는 20대의 정서조절양식과 폭력에 대한 태도의 관계에서 인권감수성의 매개효과를 알아봄으로써 폭력에 대한 태도에 관한 이해를 확장시키고자 했으며, 인권감수성이라는 새 로운 측면을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
