The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of e-government web site trust on e-government's continuous intention to use in general citizens. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of technology trust and government trust on the trust of e - government web sites and the effect of web site trust on web site quality (information quality, system quality, and service quality). And this study is to investigate the effect of web site quality on user satisfaction and continuous use intention and the effect of user satisfaction on the intention of e - government web site. The results of this study showed that government trust and technology trust had a positive effect on e-government web site trust, and that this web site trust influenced the quality of information, system quality and service quality of web site, And ultimately to increase the intention to use e-government web sites continuously. In addition, satisfaction with e - government web sites shows that the possibility of being determined by service quality is relatively higher than the information quality provided by this web site. It can be seen that the improvement of users' satisfaction on e-government web site increases the awareness of citizens who want to use e-government web site continuously.

본 연구의 목적은 일반시민들을 대상으로 전자정부 웹 사이트의 신뢰가 전자정부 지속적인 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기술신뢰와 정부신뢰가 전자정부 웹 사이트의 신뢰에 미치는 영향, 웹 사이트 신뢰가 웹 사이트 품질(정보의 질, 시스템의 질, 그리 고 서비스의 질)에 미치는 영향, 웹 사이트 품질이 사용자 만족도와 지속적인 사용의도에 미치 는 영향 및 사용자 만족도가 전자정부 웹 사이트의 지속적인 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하 고자 하였다. 분석결과 정부신뢰와 기술신뢰가 전자정부 웹 사이트 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미 쳤고 이러한 웹 사이트 신뢰는 웹 사이트의 정보의 질과 시스템의 질 그리고 서비스 질에 영 향을 주었고, 이러한 웹 사이트 질은 또다시 사용자의 만족도에 영향을 미쳐 궁극적으로는 전 자정부 웹 사이트의 지속적 사용의도를 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 전자정부 웹 사이트에 대한 만족도는 이 웹 사이트에서 제공되는 정보 질보다는 서비스 질에 의해 결정될 가능성이 상대적으로 크다는 것을 보여주었다. 이러한 전자정부 웹 사이트에 대한 사용자의 만족도의 향 상은 전자정부 웹 사이트를 지속적으로 사용하려는 시민들의 인식을 더욱 높여주고 있음을 알 수 있다.
