The purpose of this study is to explore the research trends of the middle-aged in Korea, and to present the importance of preparation for old age of middle-aged women. To do this, research trends were explored by gender, generation, subject, research method, and the types of preparation for old age from 2013 to 2018, and the following results were obtained. First of all, in gender, there were the most common studies on mixed-gender, and more studies on women than men. Second, the study of the generation showed the greatest number of middle-aged studies. Third, in subjects, most of the studies a permanent resident rather than migrants. Fourth, in research methods, although most of the research methods were conducted by quantitative research, qualitative research has been steadily increasing recently. Fifth, the type of preparation for old age was the most mixed study which was not put on either side, followed by the study on the economic preparation for old age. Sixth, there are few studies on the preparation for old age of middle-aged marriage immigrant women. In this regard, the research on marriage immigrant women who will live in Korea should be expanded in the long term. They recognize the need to prepare for old age, but the economic reality have failed to support it. Therefore, it suggests that the government and the local government as well as individual should actively seek ways to prepare for old age of marriage immigrant women.

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 중년기 사람들의 노후준비에 관한 연구동향을 탐색하고, 이 를 통해 중년기 결혼이주여성의 노후준비 중요성을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2013년 부터 2018년까지 연구동향을 성별, 세대별, 대상별, 연구방법별, 노후준비 유형별로 탐 색한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 먼저 성별에서는 남녀가 혼성으로 이루 어진 연구가 가장 많았으며, 남성보단 여성에 대한 연구가 많았다. 둘째, 세대별 연구는 중년기세대 연구가 가장 많이 나타났다. 셋째, 대상은 이주자보다 정주자에 대한 연구가 대부분이었다. 넷째, 연구방법은 대부분 양적연구로 이루어졌으나 최근 질적연구가 꾸 준히 증가하고 있었다. 다섯째, 노후준비 유형은 어느 한쪽에 치우지지 않은 전체적인 혼합연구가 가장 많았으며 그다음 경제적 노후준비 관한 연구가 많았다. 여섯째, 중년기 결혼이주여성의 노후준비에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있었다. 이를 통해 볼 때 한국에서 장기적으로 거주할 결혼이주여성에 대한 연구가 확대되어야 한다. 이들은 노 후준비에 대한 필요성은 인식하지만 경제적인 현실은 이를 뒷받침하지 못하고 있다. 그 러므로 결혼이주여성의 노후준비 방안에 대해 개인은 물론 정부와 지자체가 함께 적극 적으로 모색해야 함을 시사한다.
