This study analyzed the reliability of the members on the selection of maintenance business managers in the housing reconstruction project, and analyzed the problems and improvement measures of the manager system. 본 연구는 주택재개발사업에서 정비사업 전문관리업자 선정에 관한 조합원 신뢰도 분석하고 관리업자 제도의 문제점과 개선방안을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 전문관리업자와 조합의 업무상 부조리에 대해 정직하고 공명하며, 투명한 업무처리를 위하여 정비사업 전문관리업자에 대한 철저한 관리 감독과 부정부패를 막을 수 있도록 상시감시제도를 도입하고 현재보다 처벌규정을 강화하여 비리의 발생을 원천 봉쇄, 전문관리업자의 충분한 전문지식에 대해 소속 임직원의 주기적 의무교육 시행이 가장 우선 되어야 하며, 철저한 교육과 감시 및 통제가 제도적으로 마련되어야, 업무종사자의 국가자격제도 도입에 대해 정비사업이 다변화 되고 고부가가치 서비스 산업이 발생되어 관련 인적 자원의 역량 강화와 우수 인력확보로 미래의 정비사업 및 부동산 종합서비스산업이 발전되고 조합원들의 신뢰가 확대될 것으로 판단함에 유의미한 차이를 확인할 수 있다.
