The rapid growth of cross-border e-commerce is changing the global trade pattern, and each country is vigorously promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce in order to take the initiative in the new global trade pattern. In June 2015, China set up the chapter on “e-commerce” in China-Korea FTA for the first time. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Korea for more than 20 years, the total trade volume between the two countries has increased by nearly 50 times. The two countries promote the growth of e-commerce through cooperation and win-win. The e-commerce between China and Korea is developing rapidly, but the cross-border e-commerce market and business model of the two countries are quite different. With the increase in the scale of cross-border e-commerce import and export, how to effectively monitor the entry and exit of goods while meeting the needs of domestic and foreign consumers is a common problem faced by China and Korea. This paper analyzes the development characteristics of cross-border e-commerce in the two countries from the macro level of cross-border e-commerce import and export scale, import and export countries, import and export products, settlement methods, transportation methods, import and export customs clearance, and national policies. Finally, combined with the development characteristics of cross-border e-commerce between China and Korea, and the status quo of cross-border e-commerce cooperation between China and Korea, some suggestions are put forward.

국경 간 전자 상거래의 급속한 성장은 세계 무역 패턴을 변화시키고 있으며, 각국은 새로운 국제 무역 패턴에서 주도권을 잡기 위해 국경 간 전자 상거래 개발을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다.2015 년 6 월 중국은 처음으로 한중 자유 무역 협정 (FTA)에서 '전자 상거래'를 시작했으며, 20년 이상 중국과 한국 간의 수교가 시작된 이래 양국 간 교역량은 거의 50 배나 증가했다. 양국은 협력과 상생을 통해 전자 상거래의 성장을 촉진한다. 중국과 한국 간의 전자 상거래는 급속하게 발전하고 있지만, 양자 간 전자 상거래 시장과 비즈니스 모델은 상당히 다르다. 국경 간 전자 상거래의 수입과 수출의 규모가 커짐에 따라 국내외 소비자의 요구를 충족시키면서 상품의 출입국을 효과적으로 모니터링 하는 방법은 중국과 한국이 당면한 공통적 인 문제이다. 본 논문은 국경 간 전자 상거래 수출입 규모, 수입 및 수출국, 수출입 상품, 결제 방법, 운송 방법, 수출입 통관 및 국가 정책에 관한 양국 간 전자 상거래의 발전 특성을 분석한다. 마지막으로 한중간 전자 상거래의 발전 특성과 중국과 한국 간 전자 상거래 협력의 현상과 더불어 몇 가지 제안이 제시된다.
