The purpose of this study is to suggest for cyber sexual crime control. Police officers who controls and processes cyber sexual crimes are selected as a research participant for this study. 9 police officers(9 males and 0 females) were selected and interviewed in detail. The collected data were analyzed using the Nvivo10 program, a qualitative research tool. The results of the study are as follows. There was a lack of investigators in the cyber sexual crimes investigation and the necessity of system maintenance was derived. It was pointed out that punishment of perpetrators is mild and that responding to cyber sex crimes is strengthened. The need for financial support for the removal of illegal images and an effort is needed to prevent the spread of damage. The lack of awareness of criminality and lack of recognition of the seriousness of the crime was pointed out in terms of preventive education. The suggestions for solving this problem are as follows. First, it is necessary to expand professional staffing and financial support for efficient cyber sexual crime investigation. Second, it is needed a revision of related laws and the criminal proceeds acquired by cyber sexual crimes should be confiscated or collected. in order to resolve the punishment of the perpetrator. Third, an economic support should be provided to remove illegal footage and public assistance is needed. to support the victims. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the prevention education for cyber sexual crimes at the school level and to continue the campaign through the development and dissemination of police information at the police level.

이 연구는 사이버성범죄를 단속하고 처리하는 일선 경찰관을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 이들의 인식과 경험을 정리함으로써 실질적인 사이버성범죄 통제를 위한 제언을 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 사이버성범죄를 담당하는 경찰관 9명(남성 9명, 여성 0명)을 최종적으로 선정하여 심층 면담하였고, 수집된 자료는 질적연구 도구인 Nvivo10 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 수사상 문제로 수사인력 부족과 시스템 정비 필요성이 도출되었고, 가해자 처벌 문제로는 처벌수준 경미와 사이버성범죄 대응성 강화가 지적되었다. 아울러 피해자 지원에 있어 피해의 확산과 불법영상 삭제에 대한 재정적 지원 필요성이 도출되었고, 예방교육에 있어 범죄성 인식 부족과 심각성 인식 부족이라는 문제가 지적되었다. 이에 대한 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수사상 문제를 해결하기 위하여 전문인력 충원과 재정적 지원을 확충해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 가해자 처벌 문제를 해결하기 위하여 관련 법률 제⋅개정의 필요성과 범죄수 익을 몰수 또는 추징해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 피해자지원을 위해서는 공적부조와 불법촬영물 삭제를 위한 경제적 지원을 해야할 것이다. 넷째, 예방교육의 필요성을 강조하면서 학교 차원에서의 사이버성범죄 예방교육 강화와 경찰차원에서의 자료개발 및 보급을 통한 지속적인 캠페인을 유지해야 할 것이다.
