The purpose of this report was to analyse the impact of the family health whi ch perceived by soldier, social support and psychological independence on the dap tation of military service and study social support of these factors and the media ted effect of psychological independence. A survey of 300 soldiers was conducted and 251 of the total 300 questionnaires were used for final analysis. The collected data were statistically analysed using the SPSS 24.0 program. Concentration and determination validity of measurement tools were conducted by using the AMOS 23.0 program and the conformity of the model was verified to find out the relationship between family health, social support, psychological independence, and military service adaptation in the established hypothesis model. In addition, social support and psychological independence were analyzed in relation to the relationship between the health of the family and the military service application. The results are as follows. First, the health of family perceived by soldier, social support, psychological independence and suitability of Structural Model on the Adaptation of Military Service are suitable for predicting the impact relationship. Second the family health of soldiers has positive influence on social support, psychological independence and military service adaptation. However, it has been found that the psychological independence of soldiers does not have positive influence on military service adaptation. Third, social support has been found to have mediated effect in the relationship between the health of the soldier's family and the adaptability of military service. However, it has been found that psychological independence does not have mediated effect.

AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 측정도구의 집중타당도와 판별타당도를 실시하였으며, 설정한 가설모 형에서 병사가 지각한 가정의 건강성, 사회적지지, 심리적독립, 군복무 적응 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 모 형의 적합도 검증을 실시하였다. 또한 가족의 건강성과 군복무적응 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지와 심리적 독립의 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 병사가 지각한 가정의 건강성, 사회적 지 지, 심리적 독립, 군복무 적응에 관한 구조모형의 적합도는 영향관계를 예측하기에 적합하였다. 둘째, 병사 의 가정의 건강성은 사회적 지지, 심리적 독립, 군복무 적응에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 병사의 사회적 지지는 군복무 적응에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 병사의 심리적 독 립은 군복무 적응에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 병사의 가정의 건강성과 군복 무 적응간의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 심리적 독립은 매개효 과가 나타나지 않는 것으로 조사되었다.
