This study seeks to find the problems of the college dance curriculum revealed in the interview of the preliminary teacher's experience in dance education and to explore the direction of dance education based on this, and to present guidelines for dance education at the university based on this. The research methods of this study used the method of narratives and content analysis among the qualitative research methods. The study participants in this study were planned by X University of Education, volunteered among 16 primary school teachers who participated in dance education services conducted at Y Elementary School, actively participated, selected A and B who submitted and submitted the result report faithfully, and analyzed the questionnaire and results report. This study also collected and analyzed dance-related classes at the College of Education through the school homepage and cradle to explore the classes and contents required for dance education service among the pre-school teachers' performance education services. To sum up the meaning of the experience of primary school teachers who participated in the education service of the arts, the following is the case. First, for the service of dance education, one must overcome worries and fears about dance classes, and have confidence. Second, you should have the experience of attending dance classes and teaching dance. Through the analysis of the present status of dance education at the University of Education, the results show that dance-related lectures have few credits, and dance-related subjects are also operated differently by universities, so no systematic dance-education guidelines have been formed. At the request of a primary school teacher who has experienced the training service of artistic ability, the foundation and understanding of dance, the experience of various dance genres, the method of dance guidance, and the opportunity of dance education should be reflected in the lectures related to dance at the university. The University of Education should prepare guidelines and guidelines for this, and the Department of Physical Education should actively reflect them to expand dance-related classes and arts education services and improve them to operate in a variety of ways.

본 연구는 초등학교 예비교사의 무용 교육봉사 경험과 교육대학교 무용 교육과정의 문제점을 탐색하고 이를 토대 로 무용 교육 방향을과 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구 방법은 질적 연구 방법 중에서 내러티브 연구 방법과 내용 분석 방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 연구 참여자는 X교육대학교에서 계획했고, Y초등학교에서 진행했던 무용 교육봉사에 참가한 16명의 초등학교 예비교사 중 자발적으로 지원하였고, 능동적으로 참여하였으며, 결과 보고서를 성실하게 작성하여 제출한 A와 B를 선정하여 심층 면담하였다. 이를 바탕으로 설문지와 결과 보고 서를 분석하였다. 또한 본 연구는 초등학교 예비교사의 무용 교육봉사 경험을 통해 교육대학교 무용 교육과정의 변 화에 대한 요구를 바탕으로 현재 실시되고 있는 무용 관련 수업을 분석하고자 학교 홈페이지 및 요람을 통하여 자 료를 수집하고 내용을 분석하였다. 무용 교육봉사에 참여한 초등학교 예비교사의 경험의 의미를 종합적으로 정리하 면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용 교육봉사를 위해서는 무용 수업에 대한 걱정과 두려움을 극복하고, 자신감을 가져야 한 다. 둘째, 무용 수업에 참여하고 무용을 가르칠 수 있는 경험을 가져야 한다. 교육대학교의 무용교육 현황 분석을 통하여 확인 결과 무용 관련 강의 학점은 적고, 무용 강의도 대학별로 상이하게 운영되고 있어, 체계적인 무용 교육 지침이 형성되어 있지 않다. 무용 교육 봉사를 경험한 초등학교 예비교사의 요구에 따라 무용의 기초 및 이해, 다양 한 무용 장르의 경험, 무용 지도 방법, 무용 교육 기회 등이 교육대학교 무용 관련 강의에 반영해야 한다. 교육대학 교는 이를 위한 지침과 가이드라인을 마련하고, 체육교육과에서는 이를 적극 반영하여 무용 관련 강의와 무용 교육 봉사를 확대해야 하며 다양하게 운영되도록 개선해야 한다.
