The study conducted a parental role training for women with intellectual disabilities in 10 welfare centers for the J-area. Qualitative evaluation methodologies were used for the research. Based on the results, the Commission provided suggestions for the promotion of the disabled. Quality assessment shows the changes in families of married women with intellectual disabilities. " Facing the Better Self, " " Changing More actively, " " Shoots in the Seed, " and " closer Family Family " were " more and more stable. " Finally, changes in the relationships of the parties showed that the relationship was growing, and that the relationship was expanding from home to the community. Based on the analysis results, the welfare implications for the disabled are as follows. First, the central and local governments should revise the developmental disability law and regulations to support and expand the parent-role training programs for married women with intellectual disabilities. Second, the parent-role training programs for the intellectually challenged of the host female need to consist of cooking activities, counseling and treatment, and mentoring programs. Third, since married intellectually challenged people have a variety of dynamic relationships that are affected by their family members, it is necessary to strengthen their respective support plans that are most suitable, including those of their families. Fourth, at the developmental disability welfare scene, the organizations should expand network activities for supporting workers and solidarity for the training of the parents of married women with intellectual disabilities.

본 연구는 J지역 10개 장애인복지관에서 실시한 가족지원사업에 기혼 지적장애인 가 족이 참여를 통해서 나타난 가족의 변화를 분석하였으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 장애인복 지 함의를 제시하였다. 질적평가를 통해서 기혼 여성 지적장애인 가족의 변화는 당사자의 변화, 가족의 변화, 관계의 변화로 크게 나눌 수 있으며, 구체적으로 범주화하면 다음과 같다. 당사자의 변 화로는 ‘더 나아진 자신을 마주함’, ‘보다 적극적으로 변함’, ‘씨앗에서 싹이 틈’으로 나타났고, 가족의 변화는‘가족애가 더 커져 감’, ‘점점 안정을 찾아감’, ‘더 가까워진 가족’으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 관계의 변화로는 ‘관계가 점점 확장 됨’, ‘가정에서 지역사회로 관계가 확장됨’으로 나타났다 분석결과를 바탕으로 장애인복지 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 중앙정부와 지방정부가 기혼 여성 지적장애인 가족들을 위한 가족지원사업을 지원, 확 대할 수 있는 발달장애인법 및 조례의 제․개정을 해야 한다. 둘째, 주양육자인 여성 지 적장애인들이 위한 부모역할훈련프로그램은 요리활동, 심리상담 및 치료, 멘토링프로그 램으로 구성할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 기혼 지적장애인들은 가족구성원들의 영향을 받는 다양 한 역동관계를 가지고 있기 때문에 가족까지 포함한 가장 적합한 개별화된 가족지원 계획을 강화할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 기혼 여성 지적장애인 가족지원사업을 위하여 실무자들의 지지와 연대를 위한 네트워크 활동을 확대해야 한다.
