The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of teacher efficacy, teacher commitment, and school support on career and guidance teacher’s performance competency. For this, data from 140 career and guidance teachers of middle and high school in Busan and Gyeongnam was analyzed using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The main results are as the followings. First, the experience of instructor(college or training) in model Ⅰ in which only teacher’s personal background is inputted positively influenced career and guidance teacher’s performance competency. Second, the self-regulated efficacy of teacher efficacy and educational love and enthusiasm of teacher commitment in model Ⅱ in which teacher efficacy and teacher commitment are added in model Ⅰ positively influenced career and guidance teacher’s performance competency. Also, teacher job career and experience of instructor positively influenced career and guidance teacher’s performance competency. Third, the support of principal and teacher of school support in model Ⅲ in which school support is added in model Ⅰ and Ⅱ. did not influence career and guidance teacher’s performance competency. Experience of instructor, self-regulated efficacy of teacher efficacy, and educational love and enthusiasm of teacher commitment positively influenced career and guidance teacher’s performance competency, but the influence of teacher job career disappeared. The discussions about the results above were done, and based on the results, the ways for improving career and guidance teacher’s performance competency were provided.

본 연구의 목적은 교사효능감, 교사헌신 및 학교지원이 중등학교 진로진학상담교사의 수행역 량에 영향을 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 부산‧경남지역 중등학교 진로진학상담 교사 140명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 위계적 다중회귀분석 등을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 교사 개인배경만 투입한 모형Ⅰ에서는 강사경험(대학 강사 또는 연수 강사 경험)이 진로진학상담교사의 수행역량에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모형Ⅰ에 교사효 능감 및 교사헌신을 추가한 모형Ⅱ에서는 교사효능감 중 자기조절효능감과 교사헌신 중 교육애 및 열정이 진로진학상담교사의 수행역량에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 교직 경력 및 강사경험이 수행역량에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모형Ⅰ과 모형Ⅱ 에 학교지원을 추가한 모형Ⅲ에서는 학교지원의 학교장지원과 일반교사지원 모두가 진로진학상 담교사의 수행역량에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 강사경험, 교사효능감 중 자 기조절효능감, 교사헌신 중 교육애 및 열정은 진로진학상담교사의 수행역량에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 교직경력은 그 영향력이 사라졌다. 주요 연구결과에 대한 논의가 이 루어졌으며, 진로진학상담교사의 수행역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안 등을 제시하였다.
