The purpose of this paper is to establish Literature Museum cooperation network and operation plan for the revitalization of 106 local literature Museums scattered throughout the country. In addition, I would like to propose the establishment of literature museum cooperation Network support center as a core organization of the literature museum cooperation Network Using the existing administrative district, the whole country can be divided into nine regions. The number of literature museums cooperation Network support center included in each area is summarized, Seoul・Gyeonggi area (23 places), Gangwon・ Chungcheong area (32 places) Yeongnam area (30 locations), Honam・ Jeonju area (22 locations). The functions and roles of literature museum cooperation Network support center are as follows. First, literary heritage management and facilities field(supporting the preservation and management of the local literature museum, supporting the construction of the database of the local literature museum, operates the joint library of regional literature centers by region, supporting operation of literary creation space) Second, expert management field(supporting the utilization literature museum expert, training programs for local literature museum worker, training literature museum commentator) Third, program operation filed(supporting local literature museum joint exhibition and tour program, special program tour operation , supporting various programs) Fourth, linking with the National Literature Center of Korea filed(building integrated data management system of the local literature museum, producing and distributing reprinted books of local literature museum) Fifth, system filed(Institutionalization of literature museum professional qualifications, literature museum enrollment activation) As a result of applying literature museum cooperation Network support center to 13 regional literature museum in Gyeonggi and Incheon, Proven Education Experience Program(“Story Puzzle” of Hwang Sun-won Munhakchon) and special exhibition(“Modern Bestseller” of The Museum of korean literature), It is expected that the museum will be able to provide various support so that it can operate at other regional literary centers as well. For the successful operation of literature museum cooperation Network, institutional devices for independent activities of literature museum cooperation Network support center and horizontal relations with local literature Museum are essential. More specific and empirical research should be conducted on local literature museum across the country.

본고는 전국에 산재한 106개 지역문학관의 활성화를 위한 문학관 협력망 구축 및 운영 방안을 설정하고자 한다. 또한 문학관 협력망의 핵심 기구로 문학관 협력망 지원센터의 설립을 제안하고 그 위상 및 역할 등을 논의하고 자 한다. 이는 국립한국문학관의 건립 및 지역문학관과의 연계 등이 명문화 된 문학진흥법의 입법 취지의 현실화에 크게 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 기존의 행정구역을 활용하면 전국은 총 9개 권역으로 나눌 수 있다. 이를 다시 문학관 협력망 지원센터 담당 권역으로 편제하고 각 권역에 포함되는 지역문학관의 개수를 정리하면, 서울경기권역(23개소), 강원충청권역(32개소), 영남권역(30개소), 호남제주권역(22개소) 등이다. 문학관 협력망 지원센터의 기능은 첫째, 문학 자료 관리 및 시설 분야(지역 문학관 소장 자료 보존 및 관리 지원, 지역문학관 소장 자료 DB 구축 지원, 권역별 공동 수장 고 운영, 문학 창작공간 조성 및 운영 지원) 둘째, 전문인력 운용 분야(문학관 전문인력 활용 지원, 지역문학관 종사자 연수 프로그램, 문학관 해설사 양성 및 교육 사업) 셋째, 프로 그램 운영 분야(지역문학관 공동전시 및 순회전시 지원, 특별기획 프로그램 순회 운영, 각 종 프로그램 지원) 넷째, 국립한국문학관 연계 분야(지역문학관 소장 자료 통합 관리 시스템 구축, 지역문학관 소장 귀중본 복각판 제작 및 보급 지원) 다섯째, 법・제도 분야 (문학관 전문인력 자격제도화 방안, 문학관 등록 활성화 지원) 등으로 나눌 수 있다. 문학관 협력망 지원센터의 운영을 경기・인천에 소재한 13개 지역문학관 에 적용해본 결과, 사업성과가 검증된 교육체험프로그램(황순원문학촌의 “이야기 퍼즐”)이나 기획전시(인천근대문학관의 “소설, 애니메이션이 되다”)를 여타 지역문학 관에서도 운영할 수 있도록 다양한 지원을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같은 방식을 다른 분야에도 적용한다면 문학관 협력망은 다양한 사업 을 공유하는 동시에 성공적인 사업 운영에 필요한 요소들을 지역문학관에 제공함으로써 지역문학관 전체의 활성화를 꾀할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해서는 문학관 협력망 지원센터의 독립적 활동을 위한 재정 및 인 력의 지원과 그에 대한 법제화, 그리고 지역문학관들과의 수평적 관계 설정 등이 필수적이라 하겠다.
