This study analyzed the path of global entrepreneurship(GE) and absorptive capacity that affect the export performance of Korean SMEs. Based on the existing entrepreneurship theory and knowledge based view, previous studies were examined and key concepts were derived. The absorptive capacity was divided into exploratory learning(EL), exploitative learning(TL). Six hypotheses were established. In the empirical analysis, the hypotheses test was conducted using the structural equation model using 193 sample of SMEs. The results showed that GE had a significant effect on EL and TL. EL had a significant effect on the TL and export performance, and the TL also had a positive effect on export performance. This confirms that GE and absorptive capacity both have a significant impact on the export performance of SMEs. Based on the results, this study discussed the theoretical implications.

본 연구에서는 한국 수출중소기업 성과에 영향을 주는 글로벌 기업가정신과 흡수역량의 경로를 분석하였다. 기존의 기업가정신 이론과 지식기반관점 연구에 따라 선행연구를 고찰하고 주요 개념을 도출하였다. 글로벌 기업가정신은 해외시장에서 기회를 추구하는 적극성을 기반으로 개념을 설정하였다. 흡수역량은 다시 탐색학습과 활용학습으로 나누 어 설정하였다. 해당 요인과 수출성과를 중심으로 6개의 가설을 설정하였다. 실증분석에 는 중소기업 193개의 표본을 사용하여 구조방정식모형을 사용한 가설검정을 시행하였다. 분석결과 글로벌 기업가정신은 탐색학습과 활용학습에 모두 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 탐색학습은 활용학습과 수출성과에 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 활용학습 역시 수출성과에 긍정적 영향을 나타냈다. 이로써 글로벌 기업가정신과 흡수역량이 모두 중소 기업 수출성과에 유의한 영향을 준다는 점을 확인하였다. 분석 결과를 기반으로 기존 연구의 논의를 확대한 점에서 이론적 시사점을 논의하였으며, 연구 한계와 앞으로 연구방 향을 제시하였다.
