This study aims to analyze the factor affecting resilience of the mentally disabled in community. For this purpose, 233 mentally disabled people receiving rehabilitation treatment in 8 rehabilitation facilities, mental health centers, and psychiatric clinic in 4 cities, korea were analyzed. The data analysis did the independent sample t-test, distributed analysis, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 20.0 for windows program. The results of the study are as follows. First of all, the resilience showed a significant amount of correlation with respect to self esteem, family support, and social support. In contrast, psychiatric functions and symptoms indicated a meaningful correlation in the lower regions of the spectrum between everyday life, relationships with others, and depression anxiety. Impulsive behavior and mental symptoms indicated insignificant negative correlation. Second, it has been analyzed that self-esteem, family support, social support and social skills of psychosocial function·symptom have been analyzed as factors affecting the mentally disabled resilience, and these factors account for 34% of the resilience. Based on these findings, it has been suggested that the measures to enhance the mentally disabled resilience should be sought, and that it is necessary to develop an effective program for enhancing the self-esteem, family support, social support, and practical development of daily life.

본 연구는 지역사회에 거주하는 정신장애인의 레질리언스에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내 4개 도시에 있는 8곳의 사회복귀시설, 정신건강증진센터, 정신과 병원에서 재활치료를 받고 있는 정신장애인 233명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 20.0 for windows 프로그램을 활용하여 독립표본 t-검정, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관관계수와 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 레질리언스는 자아존중감, 가족지지, 사회적 지지와 유의미한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 반면 정신사회적 기능·증상은 하위영역에서 일상생활수행기술, 자신과 타인과의 관계, 우울 및 불안이 유의미한 음의 상관관계를 보였고, 충동 및 탐닉행동과 정신병적 증상은 무의미한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 자아존중감, 가족지지, 사회적 지지와 정신사회적 기능·증상의 하위영역 중 일상생활수행기술이 정신장애인의 레질리언스에영향 미치는 요인으로는 분석되었으며, 이들 요인은 레질리언스를 34% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 정신장애인의 레질리언스를 강화시키는 방안이 모색되어야 하며, 이를 위해 자아존중감, 가족지지, 사회적 지지와 일상생활수행기술을 증가시키기 위한 효과적인 프로그램 개발과 활용이 필요함을 제언하였다.
