Tsinghua University Bamboo Slips arouse wide concern at home and abroad form the year of 2008. The main part is Confucian classics and historiography documents, and they have high philological value. This article hold that the value can be divided into five parts, such as advancing the understanding of the transfer-copy spread of documents which are different versions, multidimensionally reflecting the spread and change of a document in early phase, preserving the earlier prefaces of shangshu and shijing, providing the clues of the source of ancient books, enriching the materials of historical figure stories.

淸華簡自2008年入藏以來, 得到了海內外學者的廣泛關注｡ 這批材料以 經史類文獻爲主, 具有很高的文獻學價値｡ 本文認爲淸華簡的文獻學價値可 以分成五個方面, 即推進對同一文獻、不同版本而轉抄流傳的認識, 多方位 地反映一種文獻的早期流變, 保存較早的≪書序≫或≪詩序≫, 提供硏究古 書來源的綫索, 豐富歷史人物的事跡流變材料｡
