This paper is a study of the ideas of Rhee Hyoe-yeong, one of the most important figures in our modern history. Rhee Hyoe-yeong left valuable achievements in the field of independence struggle along with various ideas. But his work is very rare. In particular, there is no study of the 'Daedong ideology', which is the final destination of the ideology of Rhee Hyoe-yeong. Therefore, in this article he tried to approach with a focus on his ideas. Considering the lack of data on Rhee Hyoe-yeong, however, many methods were used to infer the fact. To understand the nature of the Rhee Hyoe-yeong ideology, we first understood the changes in the ideology of Rhee Hyoe-yeong at the level of Confucianism, reformism, nationalism and Anakism. And in the body part, the focus was on the final stage that led to Confucianism, reformism, nationalism, Anarchism, and 'Daedong ideology' beyond these four levels. On the assumption that Rhee's 'Daedong ideology' was not created suddenly, and that his nationalist ideology was based on the idea of freedom and equality that Rhee had held, under the premise that it was worth flowing through the exhibition hall. As a method for the study, we compared the value of Shin Chae-ho, Jo So-ang, etc. and tried to confirm by comparing the ideas of Daejonggyo.

이 논문은 근대 격동기의 큰 인물 중의 하나인 우당 이회영의 사상을 분석한 글이다. 이회영은 다양한 사상 노정과 더불어 독립투쟁의 방면에 서 소중한 업적을 쌓았음에도 그에 대한 연구 작업은 그리 많지 않았다. 특히 우당 사상의 궁극적 지향이라 할 수 있는 대동사상에 대한 연구는 전무했다. 그러므로 이 글에서는 그의 대동사상에 초점을 맞추어 접근하 고자 했다. 다만 이회영에 대한 자료가 부족한 점을 고려하여 유비추론 (類比推論)의 방법을 많이 사용하였다. 우선 이회영 사상의 전이해(前理 解)로 우당의 사상 변화 양상을 유교주의⟶개혁주의⟶민족주의⟶아나키 즘의 단계로 이해해 보았다. 그리고 본론의 부분에서는, 이 4단계를 넘어서 유교주의⟶개혁주의⟶민족주의⟶아나키즘⟶대동세계(민족적 이상주 의)로 연결되는 5단계에 중점을 두었다. 또한 우당의 대동사상이 어느 날 갑자기 형성된 것이 아니며, 그의 우국사상이 민족적 이상을 구현하 기 위해 전시대를 관통해 흐르는 가치라는 전제로, 우당이 품고 있던 자 유·평등사상을 기반으로 이루어졌다는 논리를 펴고자 했다. 그 구명을 위한 방법으로 신채호‧조소앙 등등의 가치를 견주었으며, 그리고 대종교 적 사상 비교를 통해 뒷받침 하고자 했다.
